This 1450 square foot 3 bedroom, three bath condo occupies the top two levels of the highest situated building in the magnificent Lake Forest Complex. Both mountain and lake views are spectacular from each of the beautifully decorated rooms and the large deck. This spacious unit will provide ample comfort for eleven people. We completely remodeled the entire condo in 2019. It is beautifully decorated and we feel it is probably a cut above almost every condo that you have stayed at. We wanted to make sure your vacation is a special one. We welcome your comments

PLEASE NOTE: CONDO IS IN A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX SO WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS (i.e. being quiet, no parties, etc. )

The condo has been totally renovated in 2019 with new flooring, appliances, counter tops, tile, bathroom fixtures, lighting, furniture, decor, etc.

We work very hard to ensure that our condo is an inviting and spotless getaway for our guests. Upon arrival, please familiarize yourself with the "House Rules" that are listed in a 3 ring binder. This is our home. Please try your best to leave it in the same condition as when you checked in.

It is centrally located; less than 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and 30 minutes to Vail /Beaver Creek. In addition, you will be just minutes from miles of beautiful cross country skiing and snowshoeing at the Frisco Nordic Center. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and after a day of skiing, relax in one of the three hot tubs just outside your door, also with spectacular views.

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the Summit County bike path around Lake Dillon (a short walk from your door), with connections to Vail, Breckenridge, etc. Also enjoy hiking, boating, sailing, and fishing across the road at Lake Dillon. Whitewater rafting, hot-air ballooning, horseback riding, some of the best fly-fishing in the state, excellent golfing, and tennis are all at your fingertips. The surrounding mountains offer world-class mountain biking opportunities. Year-round shopping at charming boutiques and over 90 outlet stores are only minutes away. No matter what interests you, Frisco/Summit County has it all.

A great Colorado vacation condo.

Found the condo very much to our liking! The VRBO descriptions and pictures represent the condo exactly as we found it. The condo was very comfortable during our month stay there this summer. We look forward to many more future trips to Colorado and stays at this condo!

Pretty much perfect!

Impeccably clean. Beautiful decor. Comfy furniture including the beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with the host. Perfect location- very close to grocery stores, all the shops in Frisco- short distance to Silverthorne, Dillon, and Breckinridge. Gorgeous views from the balcony- could spend hrs out their- especially in the morning or evening/night. Some tall pine trees do obstruct a small part of the view of the reservoir, but not enough to be a deal changer. The hot tub and grills are only steps from the condo. Like I said- it isprettymuch perfect!!

Spring break 2023

This is a great property for families with the floorplan of the condo, only draw back was the stairs after a long day at the slopes. We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family.

I am a geologist and have a great fondness for the outdoors and the mountains. I am an avid skiier and hiker and have climbed many of Colorado's 14'ers (mountains above 14,000 feet). I also occassionally play tennis and golf and love to relax in a hot tub. I have a demanding job and love to 'get away' when I have time off.

Why they chose this property

I wanted a place that was easy to get to, within an hour of Denver, but with a spectacular setting that I would never tire of. I wanted to be very close to many different ski areas and year round activities. If my children moved from Colorado, I wanted a place that was easy to get to from Denver International Airport (DIA) so that we could always get together for holidays, special occasions, etc. This location is very quiet and serene, yet it is within minutes of any and all types of activities that people think of when they go on a vacation. I wanted to have a place that I would want to go to on a vacation. But, I wanted it to be close enough to Denver that I would use it and close enough to DIA that it would be easy to get to for my guests from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

This condo has been totally renovated. New floors, All New appliances, all new bathrooms, new furnishings, lightings, kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops, new fixtures, showers/bathtups, etc. The condo is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen including everything you'll need, from wine glasses to a crock pot. All bedrooms have night tables, dressers, closets, HDTVs,/dvds and clock-radios. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, separate dressing area, and deck access. The second bedroom has two beds (2 full beds) and a full bath. The third bedroom in the loft has a queen bed and its own bathroom as well.

The dining room, with a large dining table and chairs, flows into the living room which has a queen hideaway sofa, queen futon, fireplace, 56" flat-screen TV (with upgraded cable channels), DVD, stereo with CD, gas fireplace, and deck access. New furnishings, floors, high powered ceiling fans, appliances, etc. The deck has a table and chairs. Many art and decorative pieces adorn the walls throughout the unit and free WiFi is provided.
