This beautiful vacation home is located on an intersection of Caloosahatchee River and Redfish Cove in the Cape Coral Yacht Club area. It takes just a short boat ride to the warm turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

All amenities in the house: 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (2 Master and 2 Guest), fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, huge pool deck for a nice breakfast in the morning and/or a great BBQ at night. Enjoy and relax in the big pool overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. Everything is just a short drive away – shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and attractions, and gorgeous, white beaches.
The villa has enough room for 10 people. The perfect getaway for everybody.

Fantastic Villa

This was our first family Christmas abroad and spending it in this wonderful villa was perfect. The quality of fixtures and fittings are fantastic. The location is great and the sunsets were fab each night. Being right on the gulf was great for our boating days.

Amazing Home!

We spent a girl’s weekend at this beautiful house and it was perfect! The inside of the house has been tastefully redone, with great living spaces. A beautiful pool, 6 loungers (yes!) and a table complete the outside! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was close enough to restaurants! Icing on the cake was seeing dolphins and enjoying the amazing sunsets! Thanks, Siegfried, for being a great host!!

Very enjoyable stay to attend a family wedding in Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and lounging on the dock. There was ample space indoors to gather for conversation, card games, etc. Our ages ranged from 93 to 10. Enjoyed by all!

Great location. All new interior.

Great location and views of water. All new, clean interior since rehabbed after Ian. We had a great time as it is close to beach and Boathouse restaurant. Pool area and exterior could use some attention.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and the openness of the house. Some of the features were a little dated and a lot of the ceiling fans made some noises but overall we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful home and pool, and the neighborhood can’t be beat! The home is nicely furnished and very clean, we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to renting this one or any other properties available next year!

Beautiful Home & Location - Seamless Booking, Check-In & Check-Out

We really enjoyed our stay. This was my first experience renting a vacation home and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out. Everything pictured was even better in person. We rented a boat for the week and it was wonderful to wake up, go out to the boat lift and immediately get out on the water and visit surrounding islands and beaches. Lots of dolphins too!

Fantastic Villa

Villa is gorgeous, all rooms very high spec and subtle decor. Large windows bring in the light. Kitchen-wise there is everything you need. Beds very comfy and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. Outside is in need of a little renovation/tlc but saying that it’s a great space. The pool is big and you’re straight out to the canal. We saw dolphins right outside the villa quite a few times during our stay. Slightly disappointed there were no kayaks or fishing gear (as had been there on our previous stay) but understand that Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage and loss. Overall, the villa is a perfect paradise - would definitely stay again.

Great place and great location!!

Hit the Jackpot with this place! Pool is awesome, we kept it at 85 degrees. Beach is super close and the tiki bar/boat house is great too!! The boat lift was great for our boat and we cruised and fished a ton. House is super nice and no unexpected charges. We stayed for a month, wish it could have been longer!!!

Delightful, Easy & Fun!

From Siegfried's friendly welcome to the simple luxuries of a well-equipped kitchen and bedrooms, and the pool and river steps away, our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beach and Boat House restaurant is a short walk down the street. Not to mention the Burrowing Owls who kept us safe. Thank you for sharing and we hope to return ASAP! - Kelly

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location, view, and was everything we wanted! Kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need. Check in and check out were easy. Loved fishing from the dock! Saw several dolphin. (Our only recommendation would be to add traction strips exiting kitchen to pool area and around pool, as it was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, and two of our party fell.)

Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. Check in was a breeze. Overall two adults and three grandkids had plenty of space. Had great days at Sanibel and enjoying the pool out back. My son caught a few off the dock and my grandsons saw manatees in the canal! Great places to eat nearby, including Ford's Garage. We had fun taking the tour at the Wicked Dolphin Distillery. Only issue is need to improve AC in front room, though we had quick response from property manager. Made some wonderful memories with the kids. Would book this again.

Retreat delight

This property was an incredible home for us to enjoy. When we arrived the only thing that was interesting to coordinate with young kids being in the house was that the master bedroom has two queen size beds instead of a king size. My husband and I had to stay in the bedroom with two queen size beds because it has direct access to the pool and we cannot put children in that room. The layout and the cleanliness of the house was incredible! We had the time of our lives watching the sunset from our dining area and pool.It was a very surreal location because it was so beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this to any family who is traveling to Cape Coral.

Excellent location...especially for boaters!

This was our third home we rented on Cape Coral directly on the water with a boatlift available to use. Everything was exactly as described. Nice layout for multiple couples as bedrooms are spread apart on the floor plan. Kitchen kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home and enjoy the outdoor area around the pool! Extremely short access to the open river and then on to the Gulf. We brought our own boat and the lift to use was a must for us and in good condition. The only complaint is that the neighbors might appreciate a little oil on the boatlift cables! :-)

Great Location and Spacious House

We were 2 families of 4 sharing this house for the week and we had plenty of space. We loved the open, spacious interior and 2 'living room' spaces. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and pans that we needed for the week. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off of the dock. The pool is heated, and you can adjust it to the temperature that you want. Fishing on the dock was productive and our kids caught plenty of fish, stingray, and even one shark. Any concerns that we had were immediately addressed by the property manager. He stopped by for a quick orientation to the house as well when we arrived, which was nice as we could ask any questions that we had about the property and he made sure that the internet/wifi, TV, etc were all working for us. The location is also an easy walk to The Boat House and Tiki Bar for food and the beach there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house in Cape Coral! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty, size, and impeccable cleanliness of the property. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the river that we were able to enjoy from the pool as well as the living/dining area. Waking up every morning to that stunning vista was a true delight. And to top it off, we were treated to the sight of dolphins fishing in the canal right from the comfort of the house! It truly felt like a slice of paradise. The photos online accurately represented the property, but being there in person was even better. In fact, I think the pool is even larger than it appears online! The house was just a few minutes away on foot from the Boathouse, which is a fun place to watch the sun go down as you enjoy dinner and live music. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The booking process was seamless and straightforward, making our experience stress-free from start to finish. We were personally welcomed by the Host, and he was helpful and friendly! We highly recommend this VRBO house to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and unforgettable stay in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us!
