Waterfront Indian Rocks Beach House
A single family waterfront home located on the intracoastal waterway of Indian Rocks Beach. The home is approximately 1500 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, family room and outdoor kitchen, private pool w/outdoor shower. The home has great water views. You can relax and go fishing. A 20 minute walk to the sandy white beach, or enjoy plenty of attractions available just a short distance away. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room includes wireless internet, smart tv and a big screen (75 in) HD wall TV, a 55 in smart TV in the Master Bedroom and 42 in smart TV in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed in the living room. Sleeps 5. There is a washer and dryer, and extra refrigerator in the garage. The whole house is completely remodeled in 2024 - everything is practically brand new and well maintained. This is a non smoking house! The boat dock is available to dock a boat.
