Villa Asteras in Paros is not part of any complex and both the house and the gardens, as all of the 7500 sq. meters (80 thousand sq.feet) private land, are for the exclusive use of our guests.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Villa Asteras in Paros is a bright, new, stone-built and of traditional architecture, spacious, three bedroom villa located at the east part of Paros, with view to Naxos Island, one minute close to the crystal water of Tsoukalia beach. You will enjoy the privacy and serenity of the location and the sense of freedom that it grants you.
The residence sits in its own private land of 7.500 sq.m. (roughly 80000 sq. feet) - with gardens and tree orchards - and has a total surface of 185 sq.m. (roughly 2000 square feet).
Villa Asteras in Paros is recently built out of stone in Cycladic character and extends to one ground level. We started with a plain land a few years ago and used only a part of it to build a bright picturesque villa with marble floors, wooden ceilings and art works, perfect for a summer getaway with friends or family. The villa is well furnished and tastefully decorated with an artistic and stylish mix of modern and antique pieces, exhibiting the best of classic and contemporary Cycladic style.

Villa Asteras in Paros is environment friendly, with minimum CO2 emissions (the cooling/heating system is powered by a heat pump) and is surrounded by gardens and tree orchards treated with strictly ecological methods; pesticides and synthetic fertilizers have never been used!

LAYOUT:
Elegantly decorated, Villa Asteras in Paros features a stylish living area with large windows that allow plenty of sunshine and great sea views next to a fully equipped kitchen where gourmet meals can be prepared and served at the cozy dining area. There are two large bedrooms both with comfortable beds to relax after a long day at the beach. A guest studio, attached to the main house, with 2 single beds (which can be united and form a double bed) and its own bathroom and fridge can accommodate two more friends. Outdoors, there is a comfortable sitting area covered with pergola and two more patios where you can sit back and enjoy the sea view and the scents of aromatic herbs from the garden.
LOCATION:
Villa Asteras in Paros is located on a strategic spot from which every interesting feature of the island is easily accessible. A few minutes drive to the North, lies the beautiful fishermen village of Naoussa with a lot of taverns and bars, scattered among the picturesque small and island style streets. Equally distant to the south, there is the Piso Livadi beautiful village, where you can enjoy your ouzo and your meal, while you enjoy the sea view and breeze; and, just before, the picturesque village of Marpissa, which has been left almost untouched. A few minutes drive to the west, there is the traditional and picturesque village of Lefkes, the medieval capital of the island.

As one of our guests put it: "I picked your house and suggested it to my group because it is simple but very elegant and stylish. It is very comfortable too...! I'm an architect (as also one of my friends) and we are used to look at spaces, furnishing etc. Your house is one of the best I've seen in Paros announcements on various websites..."

The house is even better in person! The house is clean, serene, with lovely little touches. My young family was very comfortable here and there was room for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed and the WiFi worked great. The house was miraculously cool even during a heat wave and we slept comfortably. The location was perfect for us, it was quite yet 10 minutes from Naousa and 6 minutes from our favorite beaches. The hosts Marianna and Telis checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the loveliest holiday and hope to be back next year!!!

Paradise in Paros

Me and my friends stayed in Villa Asteras for 10 days and had the most relaxing vacation in Paros. The property is more spacious than it looks in pictures and every small detail is taken care of (from antique greek furniture to marble floors). They have 3 terraces and huge garden. We even enjoyed some fresh figs from the trees :) However the best part of the Villa are the host, they are super friendly and made us feel like home, gave us many recommendations and activities, towns and best local tavernas in the island. We will definitely return and I highly recommend to stay here

Paros Trip

This was our first trip to Greece and to the Island of Paros! The experience was wonderful and our stay on Paros at Telis and Marianna's home was spectacular. Both Telis and Marianna were incredibly hospitable and their suggestions and recommendations were spot on. They were also available through out our stay immediately addressing any questions we had. And the photos on the website don't do their home or the location of their home justice. Their home is beautiful and the location is perfect for those looking to experience Paros best beaches, looking for peace and quiet but is also a very short drive for those looking to experience the Islands night life. That we give our stay and host 5 STARS!!!

Wonderful home and hosts

We very much enjoyed our stay in this Paros oasis. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, communicating from our immediate booking with help with all travel arrangements (ferry, rental car, bicycle rental place, you name it!) When we arrived, they stocked our fridge with wine, beer, water and orange sodas for the kids. They did want to go through the house with us to make sure we understood proper caretaking of their lovely home. It's beautifully decorated and remained perfectly cool throughout a summer heatwave. Then every day of our stay, they messaged me with support and fun recommendations. It significantly improved our stay, even though they had already left us a whole book of recommendations at the house! But somehow they always knew what was an even better suggestion for that day (e.g. beach club, restaurants, outings). The house is centrally located to a lot if you have a car (in fact, you NEED a car.) It's a five-minute drive to a very secluded beach which was heaven for sunrise and sunset swims. We recommend to anyone who is plannign a trip to Paros.

Absolute Heaven

We spent almost two weeks at this villa and we wish we could have stayed for the whole summer. It was the best vacation experience we have ever had. Telis and Marianna are the best hosts-so kind and helpful, communicating with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is very spacious and very thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was lovely and so peaceful to wake up and watch the sunrise over Naxos from the patio. The location is perfect. Very close to Naousa and Marpissa and some very beautiful beaches. And an amazing bakery is just up the road. It was very private and suited our family with two small children perfectly. You get the feeling of a traditional Greek island home, but with modern conveniences in a comfortable, clean and elegant space. I have to mention the beautiful traditional Greek motif needlework done by Marianna herself which adorns the walls. It Is just one example of the time and care put into making this villa so special. We miss it already and cannot wait to return.

Owners Marianna and Telis, and their friend Eleni were all wonderful hosts, they have become friends after this trip.They answered all my questions right away, and even before our trip started. They prepared a thorough guidebook which helped us navigate the island easily, their tips and recommendations were right on point. The fridge was stocked with drinks and wine for us when we arrived. The architecture of the house and the gardens is so beautiful and welcoming, the rooms and closets are very spacious with everything one might need. There are many gardens/terraces, depending on where the sun is you can switch spaces. We were 5 in the house but 6 could easily be very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. the cooling system worked very well, even though we were there on the hottest day of the earth. The cleaners did an excellent job with keeping the house crisp clean. The location was close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful. We had the best 6 days in Paros, and we will definitely go back and stay at villa Asteras again. Highly recommend to all my friends and whoever is considering a trip to beautiful Paros...

A wonderful, modern / traditional home to enjoy in Paros

I can write so many things about this house, trying to convey how much I enjoyed it. We were there during a scorching week of July 2021, temperatures reaching 45 Celcius in the mainland. This house was like an oasis of cool and comfort in the unbelievable heat. The white marble floors are cooled by a hydronic system, and the thick, stone built walls keep the cool inside. The house *sparkles*, not only literally from cleanliness, but also through its modern / traditional combination of design. It is truly a traditional Cycladic Islands home, built with contemporary taste and amenities. It has three large bedrooms, one with a separate entry, a large living room and a modern kitchen. We were a family of five and we simply loved it, loved it. The owners received us personally, and left us with bottles of wine, cold juices in the fridge, traditional sweets. You can tell right away that they love their home, and imo there is no better sign of a truly exceptional quality house. Wow...I wish I was back there as I write these lines. Can't wait for the time we will return...

Très belle villa et excellent accueil

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette superbe villa spacieuse, très bien décorée par Marianna. Telis le propriétaire a rendu son jardin tres agréable en plantant des oliviers, des amandiers, des lauriers, différentes plantes aromatiques. La maison est équipée de trois grandes terrasses. Il suffisait simplement de choisir la terrasse désirée en fonction de l’exposition souhaitée. Depuis le début, la communication a été exceptionnelle. Régulièrement, avant notre séjour, nous avions droit à des petits messages de gentillesse. Même si on n’a pas été accueilli par Marianna et Telis le jour de notre arrivée, Eleni a très bien fait le relai. Elle parle très bien français et pas uniquement. La maison est bien située, au calme, proche de Naoussa et de beaucoup d’activités. Merci encore pour votre accueil et gentille. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Ελπίζω να σε δω σύντομα.

Beautiful villa, magnificent views!

We had a really lovely holiday staying at Villa Asteras which is perfectly situated; it's in a quiet location but only a short drive from all the small towns and great beaches that Paros has to offer. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated. The air con is a wonderful luxury which we so enjoyed after our long days on the beaches. The views over to Naxos are so relaxing at any time of the day and the two west-facing terraces, one with shade and one without, are perfect so sit with coffee in the morning or a glass of local wine in the evening. The owners could not be more helpful or attentive to our needs. They were so welcoming on our arrival and provided so much information about the island and their recommendations for the best tavernas. We would recommend the villa to family and friends without hesitation.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Tolles Haus, sehr aufmerksame Eigentümer. Marianna und Telis sind sehr gut vorbereitet. Eine Mappe mit allem, was man braucht liegt am Haus bereit: Die "Bedienungsanleitung" für das Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen mit Beschreibungen und Empfehlungen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und und und ........ Wir wurden am Flughafen von Elena, eine Freundin von Marianna und Telis abgeholt. Elena spricht fließend Deutsch. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und selbst für uns sechs Personen sehr großzügig bemessen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Quanto di meglio ci si possa spettare a Paros: una casa nuova e molto ben equipaggiata,

Siamo tre coppie di amici non giovani e veniamo in Grecia da molti anni. Da Telis e Marianna si sta veramente bene:la casa ha tutti i confort: stanze spaziose, bagni di marmo, un impianto di raffrescamento ecologico realizzato con acqua che scorre nei tubi sotto il pavimento, due zone all'aperto dove pranzare o guardare le stelle e un arredamento oltre che funzionale molto raffinato. La location, in un punto tranquillo non lontano da Parikia e Naoussa , consente di raggiungere facilmente un gran numero di spiagge. Telis e Marianna ci hanno accolto con grande calore e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per un soggiorno molto piacevole. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Amazing house and nice terrazas

We spent a wonderful week in this very beautiful house. Old greek furniture and white marble ground give great character to this villa. We enjoyed having a cocktail on one terraza and then taking our meals on the shaded terraza, listening to the music thanks to the CDs graciously at our disposal ! It is a very easy-to-live house and its location near Naoussa is very convenient . the owners are lovely and really cared about our well-being . We strongly recommend a stay there

The villa is absolutely fantastic! It is a detached brand new house with traditional sophisticated charm, overlooking the sea and situated amidst a serene landscape. The beach is just 2 minutes drive, and a lot of other places are easily reachable from the house. It is a nice spot offering real privacy – no way to be disturbed or to disturb others –. The villa was very clean, with bright, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, offering a peaceful atmosphere. This place was the highlight of our holidays! We will come back for sure

“Perfect Villa and Generous Host in Paros”

My wife and teenage daughter and I stayed at this house in Paros for nine days in late July/early August. We could not have been happier with our experience. The house is newly constructed, and there is not one wrong note to the house. There are so many different places to sit and soak up the beauty of Paros. It is hard to choose from the two different patios where you can enjoy the view of the Aegean and the neighbouring island of Naxos, the living room with perfectly framed views of the sea or the master bedroom with similar views. We found ourselves shifting from comfy spot to comfy spot, trying to decide which was more ideal. In addition to the views, the house itself is so aesthetically pleasing. From the beautiful marble floors and counters and door frames, to the exposed wooden beams in the ceiling, to the tastily furnished decor everything conspires to relax and soak in the beauty of this island. We visited when it was 95 degrees Fahrenheit and the air conditioning and ceiling fans made for a very cool retreat from the heat. On top of that, the owner is the consummate host. It was our first time to Greece and to Paros. Before we started our trip he helped us arrange for a rental car in Paros and gave us detailed instructions on how to get from Athens to Paros. He met us at the ferry and had us follow him back to the house for a quick tour and key exchange. Upon arrival he had prepared a guide book that offered advice on visiting the different areas of the island, parking instructions for each town, markets to shop for food and detailed tips on a dozen restaurants. His tips offered advice on not just where to go, but what we might order at each restaurant and the names of many of the owners of each of the establishments. (These tips were not sales pitches, just great notes from a man who clearly loves to eat!) As we left for Athens, he sent us an email with another set of fabulous instructions for travelling. Lastly, while the house was a quiet, private retreat and the dirt road that it is situated on leads to a great secluded beach, it is located so that you could be in the towns of Naussa and Leftkes, and a host of more populated beaches within ten minutes.

Paros is the ideal vacation place for someone who has limited time and wants to make the most out of Aegean and the, unique in the world, Cyclades islands.
The Cyclades are islands of breathtaking beauty; the clear sky, the blue sea, the refreshing breeze, the scents of the herbs and the bright Sun make an unforgettable combination. Stone and light; “the palms of the Gods’ hands”!
Paros is right in the center of this amazing archipelago. Most of the islands are easily reachable (Antiparos is only 7 minutes away!) and the visitor can any time take daily cruises and visit them as he likes.
Paros itself is one of the most important of the Cyclades. Apart from its rich history and great monuments, contemporary Paros is a place to be. It combines unspoiled nature, beautiful beaches, tranquil hills and picturesque villages with excellent taverns, cosmopolitan bars, water sports and cultural events. Above all, it is inhabited by friendly people. Good time is guaranteed!

There will be an agent of ours waiting for you in the harbor or airport of Paros who, in addition, will also be “ready on call” to provide any required assistance through out your stay. In addition, our personal mobile phones will be available for you any time of the day. If, during your stay, you need any kind of assistance, with any issue whatsoever, you will be asked not to hesitate to call us 24/7; we will be your people in Greece!
Upon arrival, you will be handed in a customized, updated guide notebook written by us specially for you, with all the necessary tips and info about Paros [important sites, “secret” beaches, good restaurants, etc.] . We are permanent residents of Athens and we are NOT part of the “tourist industry”. We have been (and still are) vacationers ourselves and this will be the fruit of our (recent) experience! We hope that you will find this information useful and that it will help you enjoy the most of your stay while saving precious vacation time.

Apart from that, the privacy and serenity that our villa offers creates a calming and tranquil retreat.
We also take pride of our environmental orientation as far as it concerns both the residence itself and, principally, our care taking of the surrounding private land.
We are happy to gift to our guests extra virgin olive oil and - hopefully soon - dried figs and fig marmalade of our own organic production).
