This beautiful, professionally-designed 2-story house with a private lanai and pool invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance. Renovated in 2018 with 4 themed bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing after a long day of playing in the parks.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances.

We have everything to make you feel at home...and on vacation: WiFi, Full Kitchen, 8 seat Dining Table, A/C, ceiling fans, Quality Mattresses, Child Safety fences, Pool and Spa in a fully screened Lanai, game room and more.

This home boasts 2 Themed Master bedrooms with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and tasteful decor. Choose Turtle Cay or our Safari room for an enchanting retreat at the end of the day.
The young and young-at-heart guests will also enjoy the two themed twin rooms. Each has 2 twin beds and flat screen tvs. There are also two travel cribs which can be set up for our youngest guests. The Mickey Room is here to greet our Disney fans with fun memories. And young wizards will love our Hogwarts room.

No matter which room you choose, you will wake up relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the next adventure!

Great location for a Disney adventure

We very much enjoyed our stay, although we had an issue with the fridge Donna was quick to try and resolve it for us. The pool heat was perfect as it was needed for our December stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Just got home from a week stay, couldn't have had a better time! House is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood- nice playground within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great Place to Stay for Parks

Extremely clean and neat. Pool was great for our kids. Took between 25-60 minutes to get to any of the parks, depending on traffic. Close to restaurants and stores for any of your needs. Neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend for an off property vacation to Disney/Universal. Just be aware, traffic is usually pretty heavy. This was our first time staying off property and that was an eye opener. But again, if you're not staying at a resort this house and area in general is a great option.

Family Vacation

It was a very nice property & looks just like the pictures online! The heat for the hot tub was a bit disappointing as it didn’t get very hot (only gets 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature so we were told) However, the weather was much cooler than normal & we still utilized the pool! Property is in a good location & the host/property manager had an extremely prompt response time! Overall, we had a great vacation!

Great home for families, close to Disney and stores. Nice community it resides in, we felt very safe. Comfortable beds and the house had all of the luxuries of home and more. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and the kids loved the play room! I, of course, LOVED the beautiful kitchen. The manager and the owner promptly get back to you whenever you send them a message and are very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation!

Clean, comfortable and welcoming

The house was just as described and very clean. Comfortable beds, fun game room, very nice pool and hot tub. We arrived late at night and it was nice to have the lights on and the tvs on so it didn't feel strange walking into a dark empty house. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even 2 coffee makers, one Keurig and one regular. We will definitely book this home again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

My family and i came to stay from NY. The house was a perfect fit for us, beds were comfortable, cleaning could have been a little better, but wasn't to bad, we enjoyed the pool, spa and gaming room. We lost power due to a storm, and they had a bunch of board games to play!! The area was nice, we were more on the quiet side. Close to stores and fun activities for kids. I highly recommended this house!

Great owner & manager

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay in this property, Hurricane Milton resulted in it having no power when we were due to arrive. The owner offered for us to reschedule but we really wanted to go ahead with our holiday as it was 2 days after the hurricane and our flights were still going ahead. The owner and property manager went above and beyond and found us alternative accommodation to enable us to go ahead with our holiday. Owners communication was fantastic and we’d love to book her beautiful villa when we return to Florida in the future.

My first job was in Cinderella's Castle in Walt Disney World. I was there on opening day in 1972. I loved it there and the generous sprinkling of pixie dust I got in orientation has never left me.
Creating US Vacation Villas in Florida was the opportunity to return to the magic of Disney and create the kind of vacation environment for others based on the best experiences my children and I had. I hope you find as much joy and wonder here as I have had.

Why they chose this property

This home is only minutes to the magical lands of Disney World, yet it is nestled away from the noise and hubbub in a more secluded development surrounded by a protected conservation area: Sandy Ridge.
There are two easy paths to Disney World: I-4 which is just two exits. Or Old Lake Wilson Rd which takes you directly to Disney World with just a few turns. All of the rest of the area theme parks and activities are an easy drive as well.
A great deal of love and imagination went into creating this home to provide you and your family the enchantment of a magical and relaxing vacation.

Please remember that the area is one of the world's biggest and busiest destinations. There can be a lot of traffic. I have found that using a gps maps service on your phone set to "fastest route" can often take you around traffic hot spots. Remember to bring your patience and good humor. It really helps.
