Great Place!

This place was extremely cozy and I loved the location. It was very clean and comfortable. The host is great very easy to reach out to for any questions. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

IAVAT Conference 2024

Had a great stay in Carbondale for the 2024 Illinois Association of Vocational Agriculture Teachers (IAVAT) Conference which was held in and around the Carbondale area. It was a good stay!

Great place

Great place and owner is helpful and quick to respond. Definitely use again when visiting area. Only reason i give 4 star on location is it is close to train tracks and train horn little loud, but not big issue. Super clean and nice.

First time in Carbondale

We were in Carbondale for my son’s SIU graduation. Since he attended one of the satellite campuses, this was our first visit to the university. This property could not have been more perfect. It was updated, comfortable, clean. The campus was a quick drive, and we were able to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc… since we had an early start on graduation day, it was a boon to have the fully equipped kitchen to make our breakfast before we were off for the day. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.
