Bold, contemporary furnishings are found throughout the house, with open-concept living spaces that encourage easy entertaining. At the heart of the home is a beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge). Take your meals at the island bar, around the kitchen table, in the dining room, or outside on the porch with a view of the surrounding woods and mountains. Back indoors, enjoy playing board games by the 75K-BTU linear gas fireplace or streaming movies on one of several smart TVs with Disney+ and Netflix (with your own accounts). Upstairs, there's even a desk in the den where you can escape to log onto the high-speed WiFi. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
