Perfect for making lasting memories, the spacious open floor plan features expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the pond. With plenty of parking and a private setting, you’ll enjoy peace and tranquility, while still being just minutes from Moonstone Beach (1.9 miles), Trustom Pond Sanctuary, Theatre by the Sea, South Kingstown town beach, dining, and shopping. For added convenience, we provide a town beach pass, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your beach days and corn hole set for backyard fun.
Our pet-friendly property welcomes up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds each, with a $200 fee per dog for the stay.
Close to the Block Island Ferry and Newport, just 40 minutes from Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, and Providence. Only eight miles to the South Kingstown Amtrak station with trains to Boston and New York City, and 29.5 miles to Providence Airport. Carpenter's Farm, known for its fresh, top-quality produce, famous corn, delicious baked goods, and outstanding customer service, is just a quick 4-minute drive away.
