The condo has 3 flatscreen TVs, 2 stereos, 3 DVDs, etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc. The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair, tv, and DVD. The condo has games, puzzles, DVD library, books and 3 charging stations. The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and SPF 50 beach umbrella! The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.
