Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 304. Unit 304 is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming ,shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by VRBO guests. The condo is ideal for couples, families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips, etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware, new rugs, pack and play, hi-chair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch TV in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals. The condo has 3 flatscreen TVs, 2 stereos, 3 DVDs, etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc. The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair, tv, and DVD. The condo has games, puzzles, DVD library, books and 3 charging stations. The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and SPF 50 beach umbrella! The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! Simply relax and enjoy the beach and pool! RSW airport is only 50 minutes away .Come stay at Sanibel and make some memories! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. #20-00022509

Great Spot

Excellent property and helpful owner. With a family of five it’s great to have the space of a condo instead of a 400sq/ft hotel. First trip to the island and we will be back hopefully soon!

Comfy condo, perfect for a relaxing family get away!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 sons in June. The condo was very clean and the perfect size for us. We loved relaxing on the beach and renting bikes to ride around the island. I highly recommend this unit.

The cleanliness, decor and well equipped kitchen made our stay carefree and a true pleasure. The garages help keep the car protected from the elements and everything is very close and convenient. Nearest groceries are 1 mile away right now and several business are open and not crowded!!! Bikes are readily available to rent and laundry room is great. Outdoor showers work and pool was clean and inviting!

Cute beach side condo - clean and comfortable

Our friends were planning a multi-family visit to Sanibel. They booked the hotel/resort up the street (Sundial East) and we wanted to book a more low key location. This condo was in such a great location. We rode our bikes to Periwinkle Way for dinner at Cip’s (15 min bike ride all on bike path) and also bikes to the Wildlife Refuge to do the Green, Yellow and Red trails. The beach was gorgeous.

Beautifully furnished condo on the beach

The pictures of this condo are exactly what you get. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely close to the beach. So close in fact that we walked back a few days to have lunch at the unit instead of taking a cooler. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked all our meals there to air on the safe side with social distancing. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, which some times with a rental can be a problem. The complex was beautiful and the office staff were so helpful with suggestions on things to do. Our stay at this condo was exactly what we needed to get away and relax. We would stay here again in the future, with hesitation.

Fantastic experience for our family

Had an amazing time at Sanibel Siesta. Our condo was incredibly spacious. We had plenty of room for our toddler’s inflatable mattress in the second bedroom. Living room was great with plenty of kids DVDs, puzzles, books and games - although we didn’t have a rainy day our whole stay! The kids loved the pool. I loved that the beach was so close. The garage downstairs was perfect for all of the beach supplies - LOTS of which were provided! The closed garage was also great for the car. It was a tight fit, height wise, so if you have a taller car or turtle top, keep that in mind. We had to take our turtle top off to fit the sequoia inside, but the garage is extra long, so we could store it behind the car. The beach is just gorgeous, with lots of shelling. We even saw manatees one day! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. We’re already planning a return trip.

Amazing experience would stay here again!

The minute we walked in we knew we would love staying there! It had such a beachy vibe to it and was only a minute or so walk to the beach. It was stocked with dishes along with a garage with chairs, pool toys, and an umbrella. This was the perfect place to stay, would stay here again!

Wonderful and relaxing stay.

We stayed in the beginning of the May and absolutely loved it. Property is just as described even its a bit dated as someone mentioned , it is clean and well stocked. Balcony is screened. Its perfect for quiet ,family vacation we were looking for. The beach, which is literally 5 steps away , is clean and my daughter collected tones of shells right there . Also its pretty close to restaurants and shopping center. I have to mention the matrass!! I am very sensitive when it comes to mattresses. When we go away most of the times I end up with sleepless nights or painful , tight back in the morning. For the first time in 20 years of travelling I did not have a single headache . Amazing!

Amazing Stay at Sanibel Siesta!

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Starting from the beginning, had a couple of questions and sent the owner an email. She called me a few minutes later to discuss. Gave me the lay of the land since it was our first time in Sanibel, restaurant recommendations were spot on. The property itself was fantastic. The listing says “77 steps to the beach” and that’s a fact. Check in process was smooth as can be and we were fortunate and able to get into the condo a few hours earlier than check in. Condo itself has everything you could want/need and then some. Unit 304 was all about the beach and the vibe and we really enjoyed that as it added an extra element to our stay. Everything from the decorations to the shower curtain reminded you of why you were in Sanibel. Plenty of beach chairs for adults and a few for kids, beach umbrella, small styrofoam cooler and toys all in the garage for you to use. Inside, again the condo had everything you could want or need. Screened in porch was great to hang out on after the beach and have a drink. As for location, about a half a mile from Periwinkle so literally 5-10 minutes from all the shops and restaurants. Our first dinner was at Traders (amazing, but that’s for a separate review!) and it was a whopping 4 minute drive to give perspective. Property was 43 minutes from RSW airport and super easy to get to. We’re already trying to plan our next trip and will definitely look for Unit 304 next time as well. Thank you Anne for you hospitality, we can’t wait to come back!!

Sanibel sunshine!

Our weather was amazing and this condo was only steps from beach, pool, above the garage, and even close to laundry room. It was truly great, and everything we needed was either on island or in the accomodations. We would definitely return to Sanibel in the future.

Great place, convenient for my parents and my kids.

Nice, patio is screened in so made it nice to eat outside. Clean place, office personnel friendly, great for the $$$. The only negative was the 'natural' pond in between the buildings was a little smelly, needs more aeration but did not effect our stay. Great pool and beach access.

Stellar weekend get-away

They weren't kidding when they said "steps to the beach!" Immaculate home, just as described, very clean, welcoming, loved the pool and literally steps to the ocean! I plan to visit again with my family. We loved everything about this rental.

Family trip 7/9 through 7/12/2019

We had a lovely time in this unit, with direct access to the beach, as well as the pool. We enjoyed playing board games and relaxing as well as shell collecting. We found a hidden gem in a restaurant called "Mudbugs" - excellent food, entertainment, wait staff and ambiance. We also found the beach at the lighthouse to be great for collecting shells.
