HI, I'm a professor at one of the local colleges. I just spent the past 2 years renovating this space which is attached to my house. I've lived in Burlington since 99 so I know the town pretty well. Come visit, the space is really fun and so is Burlington.

Great downtown location. 7 minute walk to Church St. Close to Champlain College and UVM. 15 minute walk to the lake. Historic 1845 house sits on large fenced in yard with great people watching porch.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is located on the second floor of an 1845 Federal style brick house. You enter through a common mudroom into a dining room. Off of the dining room, there are private stairs that lead up into the apartment.
