This was a perfect place to stay! It was so comfortable and nicely decorated, perfect location - walking distance to shops, coffee, and fun! It was mostly quiet with expected noise above and next door, but not a reflection of the condo itself. The beds were comfortable with comfy bedding and pillows as well. The balcony was spacious with comfortable seating and a great oceanview. Even with the rainy weather we were able to sit outside and listen to the ocean as we read our books. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

It was exactly as pictured! Very welcoming and cozy. The view of the beach was spectacular! Close to everything you may need. Spring was a pleasure to speak to when we locked ourselves out, she was very friendly and understanding. The place was very clean and well taken care of! by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
memorable one.
