What a view!
The Pacific Lookout is a pet-friendly, 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home with a hot tub located in the Taft area (south side) of Lincoln City.
From our windows or deck you can watch the waves of the Pacific, the fishing boats and an occasional whale spout. You also have the pleasure of some of the most breathtaking sunsets on the coast. You can walk across the street to Fathoms, one of our favorite restaurants located in the Inn at Spanish Head. Also, just a few blocks north is the Nelscott District with restaurants, and shopping. Live community theatre stage performances are regularly scheduled at Theatre West, also located in the Nelscott District.
Pacific Lookout is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a group of friends.

Property Features:
The property is on a single level with a ramp for access thru the main entry into what we call the family room. This room has an electric fireplace with a large screen tv, a sofa and loveseat, and a desk area for those that may bring their work or school along with them. Continuing further into the room you will find a dining area with counter height dining table and room for 6. The counter height allows you to capture the ocean views while you enjoy your meal or perhaps a game of cards or a board game. The kitchen, just off of the dining area has all the cooking basics that you will need to prepare and serve meals. Appliances include a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender. There is a large island that also has barstools for those that want to have a meal or their morning cup of coffee. The main living area features expansive windows with a view of the Pacific. We have also included a game table that seats 4 in this room so you can put together a jigsaw puzzle or play board games or cards leaving the main dining area for meals. This room also has a smaller flat screen TV tucked away in a corner so as to not distract from the view. The large sectional sofa with chaise provides ample seating for the entire group to enjoy the view.
Outdoor space:
Off of the kitchen on the ocean side of the property is a large deck. The deck features a hot tub (for additional cleaning fee) and a propane BBQ. The rectangular dining table with benches and chairs provide ample space to enjoy a meal or games, or just hang out and enjoy the view. Pacific Lookout also has a large fenced yard. Bring along your yard games!

Amenities:
All TVs are streaming SmartTVs, and have either FIRETV or ROKU available on them. Other streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount, Amazon, etc.) are loaded for you to use with your own streaming accounts. Cable TV is not available at this property. Free Wi-Fi is available with a laptop friendly workspace in the family room.

Rounding out the amenities is a washer/dryer, Iron & Board, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, trash bags/paper towels, basic soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, hangers, extra pillows and blankets.

House Rules: Pacific Lookout has a maximum occupancy of 6, children & infants are welcomed, pets considered (with additional fee), smoking of any kind is not allowed in the property. Minimum age of primary renter is 21, no parties allowed. No cooking of seafood inside, however a grill is available on the deck for your use. A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests. Quiet hours 10pm to 9am.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11 am with any exception arranged before arrival.
