Found this home searching for a place to have my entire family stay with their kids and spouses. Place was awesome! Three floors of living space felt much larger and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Home was very clean and inviting. Tom went above and beyond to help accommodate our infant granddaughter with a portable crib and high chair. Instructions and recommendations were truly on point. Would rent this place again! Thanks for the great accommodations!

My wife and I rented this place for us, our adult children, and their families. It was perfect! There are plenty of bathrooms, there is plenty of space to spread out and not be on each others toes. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. We enjoyed setting the table with placemats, cloth napkins, etc., for a lovely family dinner. The grandkids' used the fancy plastic cups and really enjoyed it. The views are amazing from the balcony's. Tom, the host is amazing and is quick to respond to any questions, and goes above and beyond.

Amazing home!

This place was perfect for our spring break retreat. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could need and the three floors with separate tv areas was great for the kids to spread out. Beaches are close by. The garage is stocked with beach toys and chairs. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our spring break getaway. The 3 floors with separate tv and sleeping areas worked great for our large group. We loved the two fireplaces and took advantage of the gas grill. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and chairs for our bonfires on the beach. Will definitely book again!

My sister, my nieces (4), newphew-in-law, and I - total of 7, plus 2 additional guests for lunch one day had a great time! There was so much room to move around and have privacy. We even saw whales from the deck! I recommend this house!

Lovely, large beach house

A perfect place for family to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. Each floor of the home has its own living space, bedroom and bathroom(s). It is larger than it looks in the photos. Walkable to the beach. Stocked with everything you could need, including books, games and puzzles. The 7 of us very much enjoyed our time here. Would definitely book again.

Spring Break Getaway

I traveled to the Oregon coast with my son and his girlfriend for a Spring Break getaway and we were so glad we found this property. It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed every moment of our trip. Communication with Tom was great, and we had zero issues with the house. The panoramic view of the ocean from the house was incredible and we were blown away with all of the gathering spaces that were perfect for relaxation and conversation. The house was in a great location in regards to the beach, walking to restaurants, and also easy access to some wonderful hiking and tourist attractions. This house really is a gem.

Fantastic house for a group!

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) celebrating two birthdays. The house was wonderful as all three stories have at least one "sitting area," a bedroom and a bathroom, so it was easy for folks to break off and do their own thing. Walking distance into town, food carts, the beach made it easy to acquire provisions. The house was clean and well stocked. We will very likely be returning as the setup was so perfect for us. The manager of the house was communicative and on-hand if we had needed anything at all. Great place to stay!

Celebrating with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the beach to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday. Our two grown kids, their spouses and children (9) in all were blessed to spend 4 nights in your beautiful home. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, Tom has paid close attention to whatever his guests might need. We were even greeted with birthday balloons and a beach inspired gift. Utterly perfect

Photos don’t do the place justice. It’s fantastic. Our party of seven adults and one teenager all loved this place! We were able to walk to the beach (it is down a set of steps that our two oldest family members couldn’t manage), to local coffee shops and restaurants and it was a quick drive to groceries and gift shops in town. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We loved seeing whales from the ocean view decks!

I wish I could live there all my life. An outstanding house and its owner! It's furnished extremely well, as well as it's very very clean. The house actually is even better than shown on pictures. Its location is even better: you can enjoy ocean's view from all its 3 terraces, old town with beach and restaurants is located within walkable distance. It was probably the best stay my family has ever had! Tom (the host) is an extremely caring, friendly, and responsible person. It was a great pleasure communicating with him. Overall, Tom and his house deserve 10 starts out of 5. I highly recommend Tom's house to everyone!

Beautiful Home With Great Ocean Views

Loved everything about this house. 3 stories, bedrooms on each floor, full decks on each level. Immaculately clean, newer comfortable furnishings. Kitchen & bathrooms well equipped with everything you may need except spices (I assume this is because of Covid). Our one issue was swallows had invaded the attic area after pecking out the screens covering the openings. They were active all night, so the noise made it difficult to sleep. The owners are aware and I am sure they will take care of the situation. We will likely return to this beautiful, well located home in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Good getaway with great views

If you don’t mind stairs, this is a great place to stay with beautiful ocean views. The rooms and bathrooms are spread out between 3 levels so there’s a lot of climbing however this makes it great if you have multiple families staying all at once! The smart TVs (which might have been related to the wifi service) went out on us a couple of times but Tom was very helpful in getting someone scheduled to come look at it. (We didn’t ask for help the 2nd time as we didn’t want to be a bother so just waited it out until wifi came back on. ) Tom was very helpful in getting tub that was backed up upon our arrival fixed as well, and anything we needed, he was ready to supply. Looking forward to maybe coming back again someday.

Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home, and hope to return someday! The design is really smart, with three levels (each of which has a large viewing deck), a large living/dining/kitchen area, and one bedroom on each of the levels. In addition, there's a sitting room at the back of the top floor that's stocked with a variety of books, puzzles, and games. There was plenty of room to spread out for quieter activities. The house was well stocked and very clean.The location of the house is also excellent. As other reviews have stated, the ocean views are amazing, and the location is convenient - with food trucks, the Otis Cafe, Mo's, an IGA market, and more within walking distance. The Taft beach is a few blocks away.The host, Tom, was very welcoming, helpful, informative, and attentive. It's obvious that he's put a great deal of thought into making this house a place where visitors can relax, enjoy, and make wonderful memories. He's thought of everything! There was one minor plumbing incident early in our stay, and he came over quickly to take care of it.I highly recommend this house (and hope to return again . . . and again . . .)!
