Great location. Very clean and was almost perfect for our stay. Having two showers instead of one bathtub and one shower would have been better but we made it work.
Check in was straightforward. Place was clean. Short stay so didn’t really use the kitchen, but it had a corkscrew so all good. :)We weren’t back in time in the evening to park underground which meant street parking. My vehicle was vandalized and towed during the night on my last night. Definitely get into the underground parkade before 9 pm and save yourself the hassle.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you found the check-in process straightforward and the apartment clean.
We would like to clarify that the vehicle vandalism and towing occurred while the vehicle was parked on a public street and not in the building’s underground parking facility. Prior to arrival, all guests receive automated messages explaining the parking options available and recommending secure underground parking. We also advise guests not to leave valuables in vehicles, as is generally recommended throughout downtown Vancouver.
Unfortunately, street parking regulations and incidents of vehicle crime in public areas are beyond our control and can occur anywhere in the downtown core. We strive to provide guests with clear information to help them avoid these situations and encourage all guests to review the arrival instructions provided before check-in.
We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of the apartment and the smooth check-in experience and thank you for staying with us.
It is very nice and very secure. There are lots of places to eat and go to very close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to several Gastown, Science World, and restaurants. Great view!
There was a separate area for the adults + 2 children we traveled with (one infant, one 7yo who camped out in the spacious closet!). The living room has some modular cushion seating that was perfect for gathering (AND making tunnel forts), and the views from the balcony were slammin'.
Great place to stay! Comfy two bedroom in downtown Vancouver
This condo fit our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here. Very spacious (for downtown Vancouver). We were able to very comfortably relax. The host communicated very well and check in/check out was very easy.
Nice, simple condo with ample room for my adult son and I. Everything was as expected. Good gym and nice pool area. Very close to the Expo line and the arena and stadium are right around the corner. Great place for a getaway.

Great Location & Accomodations!
Cute, clean, little apartment in a fantastic location with a pretty view of the city! The ease of access to everything around is amazing. The food within walking distance was great, too! Directly across is pho, pizza, there is coffee shop just a few doors down, as well as a convenience store next door, and the market right out back. Close to the stadiums (we visited for a concert) and would rent again with no question.
My husband and I and another couple stayed for a few days. The apartment was clean and easy to access. The bedrooms don’t have air conditions and we’re very warm. Instructions for wifi etc were easy to follow. Parking was easy to navigate however quite pricey. We didn’t use the pool area. The neighbourhood wasn’t the best of areas, but a food market, liquor store, and coffee shops were close by.
Sam was quick with his responses when I had questions and we were able to drop our bags off before our check in time so we could comfortably explore Vancouver. Overall it was a great stay. We could have used an extra towel for each of us. They provide one per person so when we used the pool and sauna we used our one towel which meant we had to wait to shower until we washed our towels. Not a huge deal but i'd recommended bringing a towel if you plan to use the pool area. Thanks for the accommodations Sam!
Enjoyed our well located stay. We were in walking distance to all parts of the city, also close to the sky train and buses if needed. Sam communicates quickly and gave us helpful information for our trip. The neighborhood can be a little edgy at times but we felt safe our entire stay. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable for sleep.
We stayed at Sam’s place and it was great. He was available to answer all questions (most of which were the result of my misunderstanding). Definitely would stay there again.
Our family of four adults spent a week here. Overall, we had a good experience -- the apartment is light-filled and nicely furnished, the kitchen was really well-stocked in terms of both utensils and condiments, and both the indoor pool and the gym were surprisingly big. The location is also really convenient -- a short walk to the train, to Gastown, to Chinatown. and to all of the shuttles we took to get to various day trips, such as to the Sea to Sky Gondola and the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. There's parking in the building, but you really do not need a car.
You may wish to do some homework on the Crosstown neighborhood. If a romantic or picturesque setting is important to you, this may not be your spot.
But if a nice apartment and convenience appeal to you, this is a great property. Everything you need is nearby -- groceries, pharmacies, a movie theater, restaurants, public transportation, you name it. And the on-site concierge and cleaning staff were very nice and very helpful.
After being let down by our original Airb&b at the 11th hour, Sam was very helpful! We rented the apartment in 2 separate bookings as we had a trip to the Rockies booked midway through our break. We came back to a newly installed AC unit which delighted my husband!
As we travelled with my 74 year old mum and learning disabled son it was great to all have a separate room and a bathroom for my mum to use on her own (other than us all sharing her shower). The apartment is within easy walking distance to downtown Vancouver but, although never feeling unsafe, you do walk past others down on their luck!! The apartment is very, very safe!!
We were glad we came across the apartment as I think it suited our needs more than our original booking. The only thing I would suggest is a wee welcome pack, milk, cereal etc as we arrived late at night with most shops shut for essentials!!
A great find!!

Thanks for the food digestion. I hope you ended up taking advantage of Blenz coffee shop downstairs. They are open very early and have great snacks and breakfast sandwiches.
The place was nice, very clean. Communication with Sam was great. We also loved using the pool and hot tub. However the parking is a real issue. The price for the underground parking varies depending on if there is an event at the Rogers Centre. We paid $25 on one evening as there was a hockey game Also you can't park underground if you need to leave early in the morning. We needed to leave by 6am and they don't open the gates until 7am. We don't recommend parking on the street as there have been many windows smashed in the area. We had to park on the street the last night and we were VERY worried about this but we were lucky. We did however, see another car with their windows smashed.

The location is great and the unit is very nice. We never really cooked, but it was the perfect spot to get to the places we wanted to see on our whirlwind Vancouver trip. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here with 6 people. The pull out couch is pretty miserable and there’s only 1 shower in the unit.
A great condo to relax at regroup after a day of exploring Vancouver. Easy access to many amenities. Would definitely consider staying again if we returned to downtown Vancouver!
