Very clean and spacious. Host responded quickly to quesions and was very accommodating. Parking was a breeze and the location was fantastic if going to a game at Mercedes Benz Stadium or concert at the State Farm Arena.

The location for this stay was excellent — walking distance to restaurants and easy access to Lime scooters, with the stadium just a short ride away. For anyone coming into Atlanta for a game or wanting to be near the action, this spot is hard to beat.The apartment complex itself was a bit rougher around the edges than we expected, and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the unit/complex that lingered throughout our stay.Overall, the convenience of the location made up for a lot, and we'd consider staying again for the proximity alone.

Host was very responsive. Place was clean with WiFi. Great location, close to everything downtown. parking was easy, but there was a theft in the garage on one evening with the car next to us getting its window broken in. Would stay again for the value.

The property description was pretty accurate. It had all the amenities that it claimed. Unfortunately the pool was not in service, so we were unable to use it. The beds, couch, and chairs were comfortable. The apartment size was good for a family of four. The bathrooms and closets were large and comfortable. The garden tub was nice size for a couple. There were enough dishes for a family of four as well. The unit itself was clear of trash and debris, but the hallways and stair wells had trash bags and open trash everyday. There were opens spilled and smashed food on the floor of the hallways. The unit also had many fruit flies and several roaches in various sizes. We had to be weary of our food and dishes and killed several roaches while we were there. There could have a been a couple more towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as well.

Wonderful Stay!The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Off-street parking was a huge plus, and the location—just a short walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium—couldn’t be better. The host was responsive and check-in was seamless. Highly recommend!

Maybe the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Couldn’t beat the location for a conference at GWCC; it’s just a short walk on the Beltline. It is downtown Atlanta, so I did run into a few sketchy people, but I felt safe in the unit. Some machines weren’t working in the gym. Still, great location, free & easy parking, and amazing value.

This vrbo is for a savy travel willing to download and use an app to open the gated doors. The vrbo is lovely but property is not family friendly. Loud noises from above and outside the door. Pool was not clean and we did not feel comfortable using it.

Ty was very easy to reach and provided suggestions on what to do in the Atlanta area. Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to a family emergency. We did let him know and he responded quickly appreciating the heads up.

Cowboy Carter trip

We had a great stay! A quick 15 minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz stadium was way better than dealing with parking or ride share before/after the show. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable but some places in the complex and parking garage had trash everywhere; that’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The host was very courteous and prompt! Great price for the location, will stay again!

The only complaint I had about the apartment itself was the smell, it smelled strongly of stale cigarettes. The apartment complex as a whole was dirty and felt unsafe. I was told by the host that I needed to upload an app to receive a security code to park in the property garage, don’t know why I was told that since the code box was smashed and clearly had not worked in a while. The concrete hallways leading from the parking garage to the apartment were dirty, smelled and scary to walk down.
