This ground floor condo provides quick and easy access to the clubhouse where the pool, hottub, and fitness room are located. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is perfectly suited for multiple chefs. The patio offers a private area for relaxing and convenient place for surfboards and boogie boards. The beach and state park walking trails are just a short walk away and afterwards enjoy a long soak in the large jetted tub. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for families and couples.




In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Decent place but stayed at much better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we very first got there and walked inside the place it smelled like stinky seafood for some reason. The place was clean but really had the bare minimum as far as amenities. The cookware was horrible quality and hard to use. Internet was awful. Tv was so outdated and no instructions on how to use it so we didn’t even know it had Netflix available until the last day which really sucked. There was a dvd played but no dvds which was weird. The bedroom with the king bed was great but the other room had no dresser at all so the other guests had to just put all their belongings on the floor. The house was also extremely hot the whole time since there was only one tiny window to open in the living room. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. There’s plenty of other better properties to stay at this complex if you wanna use the pool and hot tub so I would definitely choose those instead next time.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay on at these condos this time didn't disappoint. 6 of us came down for a memorial. We enjoyed a very clean, well stocked,comfortable unit. We walked the block to the beach and enjoyed both the pooland hottub. Highly recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I know the owners are new at this. But I have a few suggestions to add to the experience of renting the condo. Provide at least one hair dryer. Since there is limited TV options provide movies for the CD player. Get rid of any chipped coffee cups. Where are the lamps in the rooms? Not one lamp, no one wants to have to wake up in the middle of the night searching for a light switch or pull a chain to turn on the lights. If you are fishermen trying not to disturb the other occupants it’s a must have. Maybe get a love seat or another chair for the living room. Not enough sitting for 6 people. It’s nice to have the cleaning broom, vacuum in the closet. It helped since we were a while. There is something wrong with the dryer it filled my clothes full of sand. We didn’t get to even see the beach. We were visiting an ill friend. There’s nothing you can do about the owners who live there but one dog above and to the side of us barking was the last straw.
