Welcome to the Sunset Bungalows - the perfect place to relax after enjoying all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer. The Bungalows consist of 3 separate homes - Big Blue, Lil' Green and Peach Pad and a shared pool area. This listing is for Lil' Green. You and your guests will have private access to Lil' Green, shared access to the pool area and your own parking spot

The paved common area is nestled behind Big Blue and between the front entrance of Lil' Green and Peach Pad. The shared common area consists of a pool, and sun loungers. The common area can be accessed via the back door of Big Blue or the entry gate next to the parking lot at the front of the property.

Lil' Green is a 50's themed studio complete with retro-fit appliances, record player and other amenities to fit the era situated to the east of the pool.

On site, guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, and lounging in the sun. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can relax inside by playing board games, cards, or watching TV!

The kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and other goodies, including a Nespresso machine (pods included) and tea kettle (tea included). All beds are queen size with new luxury bedding. There is a Washer and Dryer located behind the green bungalow. Each unit has one reserved parking space (up to 6 cars can fit in the parking area).

The owners were extremely responsive and helpful to any and all questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the correct property and parking since it was late at night. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and everyone staying on the property was nice and respectful. I would definitely stay again!

The Lil’ Green cottage had everything I needed. It was very clean. The fenced yard was great for my dog. Enjoyed the warm pool. There is a little store across the street, that made it easy to grab a few things. I’d probably stay here again.

Lil Green was pretty much as listed. Loved the decor and all the matching appliances. It was a small space but didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable as well. The privacy fence around the property was a nice touch.We had issues with enough hot water, but had quick response through the messaging available. One thing lacking: no place to hang towels in the bathroom, nor any clothes anywhere. Even a few hooks on a wall would've helped. Things could have been a bit cleaner. The bungalow was what we needed for a few days away and in that sense it worked out well and we enjoyed our stay.

We were hoping for a cute little place to relax and grill out o for our last few nights on vacation. The cushions that were there for patio furniture were molded and not usable. Pool was dirty, no grill to use. Bathroom had hair all along base boards. I let the owner know about these issues and never heard a response. We left a day early and still no response.
