Perfect for out of town guests

The in-laws were in town and wanted to give them a great place to stay. Easy walk to Bidwell park, great for turkey trot, and close to downtown. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the place. Would stay again.

Convertible and modern little home

This little home was great for our weekend stay while in town for a baseball tournament . Clean, stocked well and great homebase while away from our home. We will definitely book again if we play here again. Thanks so much!

Super Cute Rental!

This was a great weekend rental! Very crisp modern furnishings and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy yet plenty of room for several guests. We made good use of both outdoor living spaces. Very comfortable home to stay in within a short drive to downtown/university.

Great house on a busy street

The property was great. It is very clean with nice modern updates and nice style. The location was easy walking distance to lower Bidwell Park and Caper Acres. The only downside was the busy street in front of the house which is a safety concern when staying with young children, but the fully enclosed back yard was great.
