The property is nice. Great location but it lacked any type of beach equipment. Also the check out process was annoying in that you have to drive the gate keys 10 minutes out of your way to checkout

Emerald Isle/Pebble Beach Condos

This was an excellent vacation. The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend anyone to come stay at this location for a wonderful getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! My only word of caution is to make sure you put the parking pass out as soon as you arrive or you'll get a bright orange sticker on your car window, like we did.

The property grounds were very nice. Felt safe and secure. The condo itself was tastefully decorated. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach which seems like an eternity when you’re carrying a bunch of beach gear. The 2 outdoor pools and indoor pool were nice as well as the tennis court. It’s a very convenient location to stores and restaurants. The beds lacked enough pillows to comfortably sleep with. We had to buy our own. They did supply pillow covers though. Also bring your own hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The condo did not have these. The kitchen was well stocked as far as kitchen ware. The spiral staircase is definitely not a good idea for little kids or elderly people. Also kind of annoying to have to drop the keys back at the office when checking out.
