This cozy custom built 650 square foot cabin is nestled in the foothills of Old Fort NC offering a peaceful mountain escape. The Harmony Cabin sits back from the rippling stream of Crooked Creek. It is the perfect place to start your next mountain adventure or retreat.
The cabin provides guests with a tranquill, pleasant and enjoyable space.

This 2 year old custom built cabin has a upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a queen size sofa bed if needed. A gorgeous tiled shower and a full size kitchen for your enjoyment!

Downtown Old Fort has a lot to offer such as: a local grocery store, Hillmans brewery, Whaley's taproom, Black Beary's ice cream shop and Headwater's breakfast café and more.

The cabin is a 10 minute drive to downtown Old Fort and to I-40.
It is a 15-20 minute drive to the towns of Black Mountain and Marion.
30 minutes to downtown Asheville and 45 minutes to Asheville Airport.
Lake Lure and Lake James both are about 40 minutes from the driveway.

Why they chose this property

Surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest, Old Fort is a small quaint town easily accessed from the I-40 Exit 73 just east of Asheville and Black Mountain. Old Fort is one of fifteen NC Mountain Heritage Trout Cities and is known for its pre-Revolutionary War era history, mountain biking, hiking and waterfall trails.
