About this property

Beautiful home with amazing Lake Michigan views

Historic home with modern upgrades that has gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. The home was recently upgraded with amazing features including two gas fireplaces, high end kitchen finishes, and a spa style primary bathroom with heated floors.

The house is located in the Southside Historic District, steps from the lake, and a short walk to downtown Racine. You can enjoy the local restaurants and shopping, explore the lakefront, or stay in and relax in the peaceful home.

The first floor was made for entertaining, the open design allows the living room, dining room, and kitchen to flow together, this is perfect for large groups. The living area features a gas fireplace, French doors that open up to a large front porch, and beautiful lake views from the large windows. The dining area has an oversized table with seating for 10, and the kitchen is spacious with high end finishes and two copper sinks. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has sunrise views from the king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized soaking tub, heated floors, and a large shower with rainfall and body massaging shower heads. There is also a large balcony on the 2nd floor to enjoy the lake views.

On the third floor you will find one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a large bonus room. The bonus room was designed for relaxing or spending time with family and friends, it includes a large TV, games, and books. There is also a daybed and a futon couch to sleep 2 guests as well as an airbed which can be setup.

Family Reunion

The home is beautiful and the host was amazing. Communication was great, my husband and kids loved the entire home, house was clean, had everything we needed and then some. Excellent Home!

We just returned from a long weekend stay at this wonderful home. We were in town for a soccer tournament that our son was playing in, and this property was perfect for our family - very clean, well appointed and furnished, and close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Eric, the Property Manager, was very easy to communicate with and has added some excellent touches to the home like heated floors in the kitchen and master bathroom, coffee and chocolates for guests to enjoy, plenty of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, makeup remover pads, etc.), everything you would need in the kitchen to make meals at the house, and USB charging all over the house, which was super appreciated (we never seem to have enough charging bricks). On top of all of this, the view from the two main levels is incredible - we watched sunrises over Lake Michigan each morning and loved the tranquil feeling of being so close to the lake. Overall, we would most definitely stay at this home again. Thanks so much!

This is our second stay at the house. Once again, the house was clean and well-stocked. The house is spacious yet provides a cozy feel. The view is stunning and peaceful. The owner and the people who help manage the property respond promptly and are very nice. I highly recommend a stay here!
