* Wristbands are only issued to registered guests within the unit's occupancy limit

Occupancy Limit:
Per Florida fire code and building policy, occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in denied check-in without refund.

Parking:
Maximum of 2 vehicles. Each must display a Sterling Sands parking pass.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted at this rental.

Age Requirement:
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. No exceptions.

Entry Instructions:
