Back-to-front top-floor penthouse suite with modern amenities, exposed beams and brick, whitewashed poplar walls. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views of harbor and city. A monthly parking for one car is provided for the lot next door.

Separate master suites, each with custom shower, hand wand, and one with soaking tub. Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in each suite. Black out curtains and skylight shades in bedrooms.

Spacious, modern kitchen with white shaker cabinets, wine cooler, stainless appliances including gas cooktop, pots and pans, bowls, wine glasses, cutting board, dishware, 12-cup auto drip coffee maker. granite-top island and bar stools. Dining table next to kitchen and living area in open concept space.

Gas-fired Jotul stove and floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.

Washer/dryer in unit. Individual heating and air conditioning. Easy elevator access.

Wi-Fi, satellite TV, built-in speakers with stereo system, closet and pantry space, linens, bedding, pillows, paper products, hair dryer, shower essentials, iron and board.

Very safe and secure. Two security cameras in common hallway by elevator and one security camera at back common exit stairwell.

Everything was great!A week wasn’t enough time for us because we enjoyed it so much. . The hosts thought of everything. The view, the design, accommodations for laundry and kitchen, comfy beds,all the way down to the Bluetooth speakers so that we could play our music for ambience. We would venture to say it is the best place to stay in Portland.

Everything you need & more - plus the VIEW !

Location is first and foremost the best part, close to everything in the heart of Old Port. Views are incredible and has every amenity you could ask for. Property managers communication was a amazing and the building is super secure with multiple coded entries. Will stay again for our next trip back!

Always a Super Place to Stay

This is our 4th time staying in this building and the communication is always top notch and the property is in the heart of Old Port. Easy to walk to everything. The view cannot be beat and it's is a fun stay every time. Can't say enough nice things about the Property Manager and the property. Will stay again, many times over.

Amazing property in the heart of Portland!

Such an awesome space and the perfect location to walk to everything in downtown Portland! The views from the balcony and roof deck are amazing and the apartment itself was very modern and super clean. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Spectacular Penthouse in Portland!

What a beautiful property that has everything needed for a great stay in Portland. We were celebrating with our daughter and husband and this was just perfect. We walked to all types of amazing restaurants and took day trips out of town for additional activities. The small deck and rooftop patio are easy to access and a great place to sit and enjoy the day. We’re coming back as quickly as we can!

This property is located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and just steps away from the trolley and boat tours. The inside of the property is clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as well. Access to the rooftop was a treat to enjoy breakfast and take in the views.

Henry Suite was Amazing!

We has a fabulous 7 days in this amazing Portland place. The place was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Bedrooms were beautiful. Views were amazing. All in all, perfect. We are booking for next year.

A rare find!

This was our second stay and still when we walked in we were awed by the beautiful views and how light and airy it is. Not to mention that we felt it has been designed for a luxury experience including heated bathroom floors and excellent bedding. The location ideal and the host is highly responsive. And Portland, a foodie paradise. We sure hope to come back.

Keep Coming Back

Have stayed at this location at least 6 times. Feel very comfortable here. View of the harbor is wonderful. Availability for parking is essential. Great kitchen and appliances. Washer/dryer is great. Response from owner is immediate. The problems we had this time have happened every time we have stayed. The tv connection is impossible to correct. Even when assistance was provided by the wonderful technician working for the owner, the tv's still are inconsistent from day to day, losing signals, and can't find major tv networks. Also, this time I couldn't use my laptop as them internet connection could not be made. Gave up trying. When I went to other outside locations in Portland, my laptop worked fine. These two issues, while possibly related, need looking into. We keep coming back for all the good things about it, but the items I have mentioned make our stay incomplete.

Gorgeous views in prime location!

We were in Portland for a wedding. The Henry penthouse exceeded our expectations. The unit was even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The views are amazing! Parking space included was a plus. One BR has black-out curtains, but the skylight has no shade and the light is aimed towards the bed. The other bedroom also has a skylight and has sheer curtains on the window. I wore eyeshades and slept well, but the others in our group commented that the light woke them up early. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!
