Cottage near Venice Beach
Vacation Home to getaway from the city life, and enjoy amazing nature at this amazing resort including heated pool, hot tub, exercise gym, pickle ball, tennis courts, billiards room and so much more.
Our mobile home is stocked with basic needs, fridge . Enjoy the Myakka River in the morning at the dock or launch a kayak .
THE SPACE
Main bedroom has a closet and queen size bed .
Second bedroom has a bunk bed and washing machine .
Living room has a couch and dining table . Background check needs to be run prior to chicken by the office. Minimum 30 days or more. This is the rules of the rambler’s rest resort.

Roaches and holes in the floor.
This property looks adorable and has so much potential… but upon arrival we were surprised to find it was infested with German roaches and ants. The floors are also crumbling under and they have covered the holes with rugs. This part was very unsafe. Overall just very dirty.
