Having access to a private beach makes it even more special, and I really enjoy sharing that experience with guests who appreciate the same peaceful, coastal lifestyle.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s peaceful, friendly, and so convenient to everything in South Venice and the surrounding areas. The neighbors are wonderful and always welcoming, which gives the community such a warm, relaxed feel. I also love that it’s just a short distance to parks, shops, and the beach — it really has the best of everything.

What makes this property unique

This home has been recently upgraded with two beautiful new bathrooms, each designed to feel like a private spa. The master bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It’s a lovely and peaceful place to unwind — I especially enjoy starting my mornings with a cup of coffee while taking in the quiet surroundings.
