We stayed 3 nights last week in this very comfortable home, making it our base camp for visiting Boulder. Andrew is an excellent host and provided prompt responses to all of our questions. What we loved: the cleanliness, the comfortable king bed, and the quiet back patio for our evening glass of wine. All in all, a very nice stay!

Very comfortable for up to 6 people! I loved the outdoor space, the AC was great during a very hot week, and the location was close to Boulder or Ricky Mtn park. We were visiting family and friends so we hope to be back!

This well-cared-for and completely updated home was absolutely wonderful. It was inviting, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host, Andrew, was excellent and timely. I also greatly appreciated being able to park in the garage, which kept my rental car safe from the rain and threat of hail. I highly recommend this home—10/10!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was convenient to get to graduation ceremonies for both Colorado School of Mines and CSU. We had plenty of room to spread out. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great from the host.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed except a crockpot - only a mild inconvenience to be sure. The patio is spacious and has plenty of seating and excellent covered outside area tor game playing and celebrating my Dad's 95th birthday. The grill is great and the location is very nice. Overall a fabulous vacation.

Spotless property, the amenities were excellent, including a large screen tv and back yard with fire pit. It was a perfect location to visit family in Boulder and about 25 minutes from the CU campus. We felt right at home there and would stay there again.
