The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with new furnishings, granite countertops, two master bedrooms (each with full bath), and sleeps up to four people. One master has a king bed. The other has twin beds. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. Note that a maximum four people are allowed to stay in the unit. You'll find a complete kitchen with everything you need. Two laundry rooms are in the building. One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.

The condo is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to Pompano's spectacular new beachfront, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, gym, day spa, supermarket, and dozens of shops and restaurants.

It's a five-minute drive to Pompano's new Cultural Arts center, historic Old Town, CitiCenter shopping mall, movie theaters, state-of-the-art tennis and aquatics complex, historic air park for private planes and the Good Year Blimp base, 36-hole golf facility including Greg Norman signature course, practice greens and driving range. Shipwreck Park, with 17 underwater wrecks is a vast artificial reef system and underwater cultural arts park just one mile offshore.
