Welcome to The Modern Montana Getaway! - A professionally designed townhouse with all the comforts of home, with barrier-free single level living and a spacious open floor plan. Located in the shadow of Lone Pine State Park at the entrance of a quiet neighborhood, the contemporary townhouse provides easy access to the Kalispell Bypass and downtown Kalispell amenities - also making it a great base camp for your adventures to Glacier and White Fish. While home, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in rocking chairs on the front porch! For young families, the house also offers a pack 'n play, high chair, stroller, toys/games/books, and a fully-fenced backyard.

- 7 minutes to Foys Lake
- 10 minutes to Target, Walmart, Costco
- 12 minutes to Lone Pine State Park, Flathead Lake, Herron Park, and Somers Beach State Park
- 20 minutes to Glacier International Airport
- 20 minutes to Whitefish
- 20 minutes to Bigfork
- 45 minutes to *West Glacier Entrance

*Please, be aware that due to overcrowding in parts of Glacier National Park you now need to buy entry tickets in advance.

PARKING & GUEST ACCESS: Guests can park in the driveway (although please be mindful to not encroach onto neighboring unit's side). Guests may also park on the street, or in the garage using the button inside garage.

The neighborhood has sidewalks and there is a 22 mile Rails to Trails paved walking/biking trail that can be accessed further into the neighborhood.

This place has everything you need to enjoy an experience away from home. It's located on a central location and it's clean and comfortable. It's an ideal place to stay if you are looking to visit the area.

Kalispell-Glacier visit

Clean, comfortable, reasonably well furnished duplex house. Master bed was too hard for us, but some people may like firmer beds. Unpleasant odor in laundry room. When we reported it, the host/property manager scheduled a maintenance guy to check it out, so hopefully this was resolved. Overall, good location, and great launching pad to visit Glacier NP, state parks, etc.
