One of Hilton Head’s Best! 601 Barrington Park is a fully renovated (2026) coastal chic beachside stay. Just steps away from the sand, this condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo provides amenities like a community pool and hot tub and a private walkway to the beach. Take a short drive or bike ride to reach local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. This property is within five minutes of three golf courses and even two mini-golf courses.

601 Barrington Park has a king, queen, and two twin beds to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. There is barstool seating as well as a dining table. The living room is the perfect spot to curl up on the couch and watch cable TV or utilize the free WIFI. On sunny days, enjoy the luxury of sitting on the porch overlooking a small pond and lush foliage. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and jetted tub. The guest bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Very close to the beach and pool. Property is dated and warn but clean and worked for our family of adults and teens. Owner is quickly responsive.

- 2 minute walk and we were on the beach - as Canadians we were welcomed - people were nice - older more affluent area - went mini golfing twice with our 19 and 22 yr old - hiking nearby - food was reasonably priced at local grocery store
