Be sure to put all indoor and outdoor furniture back where you found it. There is a $50 fee if I have to have someone come out to move any chairs or tables back to where they belong.
Gather all towels and make 2 piles in the laundry room. One for whites and one for colors
Do not strip beds, leave them as is so my maids can keep the different sizes organized.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put all games and game pieces back the way you found them so the next person can use them
Put all outdoor games and furniture back the way you found it

This home is Ideal for a large group of Men, Young Adults, or Big Families with Active Kids. There are a ton of fun things to do here, So if you're looking for a ton of fun for a lot of people, this is a great fit. The property could use a it of TLC on some wear and tear items that are broken or damaged, probably due to some over use. The sleeping arrangements are awesome though

This home offers many great features for family fun, including indoor and outdoor games, a non-heated pool, hot tub, fireplace, and ample space for large groups.However, our stay was affected by cleanliness and supply issues. The floors were dirty, we saw cockroaches, and found trash outside and condom wrappers behind bed. The kitchen was missing basic items such as kitchen towels and dishcloths, and we ran out of paper towels early in the stay. When concerns were shared, the responses did not fully address the issues.With improved cleanliness and basic supplies, this property could be a very enjoyable stay. The difference between a good rental and a great rental.

We came to Tempe to attend my graduation from ASU. My group consisted of 10 adults, a mixed group of men and women. This home was perfect. It had plenty of beds and a lot of activities. The home was clean, the beds were clean and very comfortable. All members of my group said they slept comfortably. The home has plenty of TVs and a lot of comfortable outdoor seating. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, playing corn hole, the big Connect Four, shooting pool, and many other activities. My group had a lot of fun. The place is perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were not disturbed by traffic on busy roads. The property manager was quick to respond to all my messages and very congenial.The only issues I had were minor, such as figuring out the remotes to the TVs and the outdoor lights and fans, but it all worked out. The home could use another bathroom, but overall it was nice. I recommend this home, and I would stay there again.
