+ Much More Area Information Wasaga Beach has been long hailed as one of the premier tourist destinations in Ontario.
For over a century tourists have traveled to the welcoming shores of Nottawasaga Bay, to stroll along 14 kilometers of white sand beach, swim in warm, clean waters and enjoy the panoramic mountain views across the Bay.
Perhaps the best kept secret in Wasaga Beach is the endless recreation trails for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. The trails have easy access routes to commercial centres, yet only a few feet away you are once again lost in the beauty of the sand dune system and abundantly forested landscape. Bring your camera and your sports gear. Our trail system is unforgettable.
For those wanting a change from land-based activities, try casting your rod in the Nottawasaga River for some magnificent game fishing. There are also boat rentals available and great canoe routes to explore.

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
Great experience. Thanks for the relaxing couple days.
Great.

Sadly furnance was broken
Owner Aaron Armstrong, cottage owner, had us stay in a place up the road..unfortunately our family was placed in 2 separate rooms (no dining together per se)..the one room hadn't been cleaned since it was occupied by the summer beach crowd (the oven smoked every time it was turned on, grease in all the top oven grates)...unfortunately another family occupied the "top floor" villa so sadly we needed to approach them twice about noise reduction...we couldn't re-arrange this weekend as we had it booked for many weeks..and another family depended on us to visit them. Thankyou very much.

Cottage #1 - Summer 2011
I have been staying at cottage number one for 3 summers. I just stayed there for the May long weekend and will return for a week in August. I LOVE cottage #1. It has an amazing property and is in the most convenient location in Wasaga Beach. Once you get there you never have to move your car. Within walking distance you can find nearly any ammenity you could possibly want including; food, bars, boat rentals, LCBO, The Beer Store, the beach, Walmart, grocery stores, ect. I have never been so content with both my cottage experience and the friendly customer service provided by Aaron and the Beach1 staff. They are available 24-7 to ensure your cottage experience is up to par. Whether you're looking for a week of good times with friends or some relax and restation, this place is it in Wasaga!!!
