We are very disappointed by this review and feel that it does not fairly represent either the property or the extensive efforts we made throughout this guest’s stay. From the moment concerns were brought to our attention, we responded promptly and professionally, always within 24 hours, and arranged for multiple service calls and vendors, including plumbers and maintenance professionals, in an effort to address every issue raised. In several cases, however, access for contractors or repairs was delayed or declined by the guests themselves due to inconvenience during their stay. It is also important to clarify that many of the items mentioned in this review were already scheduled for upgrades or have since been fully replaced or repaired, including flooring, furniture, screens, and other improvements. The dishwasher referenced was not broken and simply required a setting adjustment, which has since been resolved. We are a family-run operation that genuinely cares about our property, our guests, and our neighborhood community. Over the years, we have hosted many wonderful renters and have never experienced a situation like this or received complaints of this nature. Unfortunately, during this stay, we also received multiple concerns from neighbors regarding confrontational and disrespectful interactions, which was very unusual for our otherwise friendly and welcoming community. Despite continued communication and efforts to accommodate every request, we were repeatedly threatened with a negative review if the property remained listed online, which was disappointing considering the amount of time, effort, and responsiveness we provided throughout the stay. We always appreciate constructive feedback and continuously invest in improving the property for future guests. We truly want every renter to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we remain committed to providing that moving forward.
