Step back in time and admire this fine example of early architecture. Tastefully tweaked to compliment today’s living while still retaining its elegant heritage. Brimming with charm and character at over 100 years old, made spacious like all good villas used to be---
there are five bedrooms in the main building, four bedrooms downstairs, one bedroom upstairs, open plan kitchen and dining, formal lounge, 2 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and laundry on the lower level. another self-contained unit with queen bed and an office in the back garage house. We can totally accommodate 14-16 people staying.
Open airy living---this home has light vibe. Perfectly positioned to capture all day sun.
Outdoors, the gardens are nicely manicured with clear lawns and trees, ample off street parking. You can park tour car at front and back yard parking areas, all encompassed by a delightful white picket fence.
With instant street appeal. Situated on corner site in the town center. Our villa sits in a top location. This area has so much to offer. We are located close to the main business Street (Bank Street) and next to two supermarkets. very close to boy high, girl high, primary school, main bus route, sports ground and close to cafes and restaurants. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to inter city bus terminus, and most popular scenic town basin harbor. There is a walk path near the house towards city council and library. 5 minutes walk to the most popular Mair Park that is a place for family to enjoy.
Whangarei district has quite a lot of nice scenic spots, such as Town Basin Marina and HATEA Loop, Whangarei Falls, Mair Park, Whangarei Quarry Garden, Whangarei Art Museum and Kiwi North Museum, City Library and so on.
Very nice beaches include Whangarei Heads, Tutukaka Coast, and Bream Bay, They also have visitor coastal walks, fishing ground ,Diving, Swimming, Surfing places. Shops and restaurants are abundant in surrounding area.

Very welcoming with good communication from Jackson. Plenty of room for our large extended family. Handy location to attend a family wedding in Kamo. Supermarket directly across fge road. Place was adequately surface clean. Bedding was good. We were surprised when a cleaner came in the backdoor before 9 am well before check out time of 10 am. Thank you for your accommodation.

The location was the only decent thing about this villa. The host Jackson was nice. But the villa was absolutely filthy, signs of others living there. We booked the whole villa, didn't need to use the upstairs room but were signs someone had been up there. Someone had come in and cooked and eaten our food. When I arrived the front door was wide open, washing on the line someone's washing in the machine. There was also some guy in the back driveway. I did not stay Thursday night as it was filthy and I did not feet safe or comfortable, by myself. I informed the host he said he would get it cleaned the next day. I spoke with him the next day he said cause I left Thursday night he rebooked the villa. I didn't cancel I felt unsafe by myself that's why I didn't stay. Whist staying there stranger's had the code so they could access the property. Hence why our food was being eaten and cooked, when we were out, we didn't know this at the time. But we were all in the kitchen on the last night someone unlocked the front door walked in like she owned the place and was looking for her washing. When she realised we were there she took off we found out she actually lived there and had the code to get in.
