Central - 1km from Ngunguru shops and estuary - 6 minutes from Tutukaka Marina, 15 minutes to Matapouri Bay.  Whangarei city just 25 minutes. A quick drive to amenities and supplies, but remote enough that you feel like you have your own slice of Coast. 

Master bedroom has Super King bed, Second bedroom has a Queen bed and King Single, 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, 4th Bedroom Double Bed and 5th bedroom has a Queen bed. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have deck access. With views stretching the horizon. 

Spa Pool available on request. Ample parking for the boat and the truck.

A 1930's home - mix of restored wooden floors and carpets give character and warmth to the home.

Guests will have access to the full home and driveway. There is a shed at the front of the property which owners may access from time to time.

Managers are close by in Ngunguru, and available for anything that might come up, but we provide Lock Box access and guests can come and go as the please with full privacy.

Dogs are welcome onto the property, There are fences on the boundaries. Pet fees will apply. Please Note - there is livestock farming and grazing animansl in nearby paddocks and owners will need to ensure their dogs do not enter Neighbouring paddocks.
