Condo is located in a very quiet and secure 15 unit complex, within walking distance to beach, supermarket, stores, medical centre, and fine restaurants. Ground floor and overlooking the water with a covered balcony. Features modern and well-stocked kitchen, large dining room (seats 6), large living room, bedroom with king size bed, another bedroom with queen bed, 2 beautiful and clean bathroom ( june 2022, new floor, new paint, new bedding)

Le Condo est situé dans un complexe tranquille et secure de seulement 15 unités, à proximité de la plage, supermarché, restaurants, magasins et clinique médicale. Au rez-de-chaussé et face à l'eau, grand balcon couvert, cuisine moderne, grande salle a dîner (6 personnes), grand salon, chambre des maîtres avec lit King , une autre chambre avec lit queen , 2 salles de bain très propre et pratique. (Juin 2022 nouveau plancher, peinture et nouvelle literie)

Fantastic location!

Helpful and friendly management. Walking distance to grocery stores and the beach. The condo community is very well maintained. This is our second stay at this condo and we will be returning again as soon as we can!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette propriété durant 17 jours en avril 2019. Tout était parfait. L'appartement était propre, l'ameublement complet et une cuisine équipée comme à la maison. Une belle piscine nous attendait au retour de la plage et pour terminer la journée en fraicheur. La localisation est exceptionnelle, près de tout: restaurants, épicerie, banque et en plus, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage municipale et de son parc ombragé. Les autres occupants du complexe étaient sympathiques et heureux de partager leur environnement. La propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement et précisément à nos demandes. Toutes les promesses de confort ont été tenues. Excellent et inoubliable séjour.

Imóvel corresponde ao que está anunciado, bem cuidado, perto de praticamente tudo que precisar (mercado, restaurantes, praia, principais rodovias, etc). Sempre perguntavam se estava tudo certo no apartamento, se precisávamos de algo. Resumindo, voltaria a me hospedar novamente em outra ocasião.

My wife and I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Florida. Recently remodeled, clean and near the Intercoastal. We met Jean-Marc and his wife Irma, owner’s parents, who greeted us and were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely condo in terrific location

We really enjoyed our two weeks at the Pompano Brentwood. Condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Building is well maintained, with a nice pool and BBQ area. We spent countless hours on the patio, appreciating the quiet ambience of the canal. The location was great with many amenities in the surrounding area such as beach, many restaurants, Publix, etc. Would definitely recommend it.

BESTENS !!!

Wer Ruhe sucht sollte nach Ferienende in Deutschland seinen Urlaub dort verbringen. Wir waren ganz alleine auf der 16 Wohnungen - Anlage. Das Appartment ist absolut sauber. Hat 2 Grosse Betten pro Schlafzimmer. In der Küche ist alles da was man benötigt. Über den Geschirrspüler waren wir auch froh. Die dazugehörige Terasse zum Appartment ist genial. Überdacht, so das man auch bei Regen darauf zeit verbringen kann. Wer der meinung ist er wird von jedem Mosquito gestochen das es im umkreis gibt sollte für 3 Wochen 5 Flaschen AutanProtection+ mitnehmen. Auf der Terasse wird man sofort gestochen. Am Pool liegend selten. Es gibt immer ausreichend Sonne auf der Anlage aber auch genügend Schatten. Wer noch nie in Florida war mein Ratschlag: Sonnenmilch Schutz 50 und die erste woche im Schatten. Ich war schon 8 mal da . Auf dieser Anlage war ich bis jetzt 2 mal. Der Supermarkt ist 80 Meter entfernt. Wenn man den Atlantic Bvld. überquert gibt es einen DOLLAR TREE. Dort kostet alles 1 Dollar + Tax und man bekommt auch schon einiges für den täglichen bedarf. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 8 minuten erreichbar. Wenn es sich wieder mal ergibt würde ich diese Appartment wieder Buchen,

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was so well stocked there wasn't a single thing I needed that wasn't provided and there was so much more! From the kitchen to the beach they had everything! It was clean and very well taken care of! The owner was so kind and easy to work with. Schmuckes Condo an bester Lage!!!

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem schmucken Condo verbringen. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, alles mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles, aber wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen im Haus zu frühstücken und das Nachressen haben wir auch meistens selber gekocht. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, es hat genug Badetücher usw. Vorhanden ist auch alles für den Strand, Sonnenschirme, Strandtücher und Strandstühle. Zum Strand kann man auch sehr gut zu Fuss gehen und ein Publix ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Pool draussen und den Geneinschaftsgrill haben wir auch sehr viel gebraucht. Die Lage des Condo ist sehr gut, man kann auch gut zu Fuss einige Restaurants in der Nähe besuchen. Der Sitzplatz mit Aussicht zum Kanal ist mega. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen und haben uns zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen dieses Condo allen, die hier ein traumhafter Urlaub verbringen möchten. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.

Serious plumbing issues.

From the moment we checked in we had issue with the plumbing. The toilets started to back up into the tubs and when we called the owner to report it, they blamed us for it. They told us to use the pool shower until it could be fixed. After about 2 hours of arguing we decided to leave until it was fixed, and the owner said they would give us some of our money back for the inconvenience. Never happened. The property was nice, and clean. A few minutes away from the beach, and very nice view from the back patio. The trip would've been great if the owners and property manager weren't so rude.

Great place !

We have enjoyed very much spending one month in this condo. The place is very well furnished and spotless. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunches on the patio just in front of the little canal. The outside premises are also well maintained and the pool area is always very clean. We also met very nice neighbours. Everyone is respectful and quiet. We hope to come back here in the future. We had a wonderful stay. Diane and Jim
