We visited over 4th of July, and the property provided the picture perfect backdrop to watching the fireworks over the Rockies from the hot tub. The Sheep Shack is a cute little rental property with thoughtful accommodations and the pictures reflect exactly what you are getting. It had everything available to make our stay enjoyable and was very clean. We enjoyed grilling & eating outside after a long day of exploring and hiking in RMNP.
The property is a bit difficult to find, but once you do, it's in a perfect spot to all of the great locations in and around Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.
Thank you for hosting us, Kyla!
We had a great stay here with two adults and kids (14, 11, and 3). The home's decor is super cute (our tween was obsessed with it), and it is well stocked. We did indeed see deer and rabbits in the yard. It was also very clean- a priority for me! We knew this wasn't a rural location, but it still had lots of open space, great views, and was very close to RMNP entrances, which was ideal for our trip to see the sunrise in the park. We had one issue, but the host was extremely responsive to address it for us, even late at night, which we really appreciated. The fans and open windows kept it a nice temp inside even during the day. It isnt a huge house, but having 3 bedrooms meant we all had plenty of space, and it felt bigger than it was- the family room isnt large, but having 3 couches made it very comfortable for the 5 of us. The dining area was pretty open, which also made it feel more spacious. The hot tub was a great addition after long days in the park (and there were a ton of towels!) We would love to visit and stay here again. Oh, and the brewery had surprisingly good food!
suggester, ww visited the Bull Pin
