Oceanfront Home, Best Location: Walk to Town, 4 Bed/3 Bath, Pet Friendly!

4 Bedroom/3 Full Baths in the middle of quintessential Topsail Beach (not to be confused with Surf City or North Topsail). We also allow Sunday to Sunday rental if available. Enjoy your Saturdays at the beach and not waiting in traffic. Walk to restaurants, pier, putt-putt and gift shops (.5 miles from it all!). The highlight of this home is the expansive deck where you will spend most of your time. When you aren't enjoying the deck or the beach, walk to town. The back deck has gates to keep pets and kids in. This home is perfect for families or couples looking to get away in a laid back setting. The house is directly on the beach, but not on the main road so you do not have cars passing by at 35mph. The area is great for walking or biking and the recently re-nourished beach is breathtaking. There is no better beach location in South Topsail.

Why they chose this property

This is the premier place to be on Topsail Island. Located in the heart of Topsail Beach away from the crowded Surf City area. The beach is large and the roadway is not busy. You are in the middle of everything but you are not on the main road. Walk to restaurants, roller skating, putt putt, fishing pier, ice cream, general store, church. The beach was just renourished and is one of the nicest beaches in the state.

What makes this property unique

This was our family house for years. Parents have recently passed and now we are sharing it for other families to enjoy. Single story house so just a few stairs to climb. Open floor plan with beautiful views, oh and did we mention, it's the best neighborhood on the island.
