Luxury Home with Private Tennis, Basketball, Pool & Jacuzzi

Gorgeous home on 1.4 acres located on a private flag property. Heated pool, Jacuzzi, private tennis and basketball courts. Brand new landscaping throughout property. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Located minutes from all what the Hamptons has to offer.

Lounge by the pool, play a game of tennis or basketball on our private courts, relax in the Jacuzzi and sit back with a glass of wine or take in the local restaurants at night.

By the way, there is an automatic pool cover which might give you additional security and comfort as well as a fence encircling the entire property to hopefully keep those deer out along with the ticks they carry.

Come and enjoy your summer in the beautiful Hamptons!

One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other three rooms are queen sized. All can comfortably sleep two. There is a bonus maid's room with a pullout cot and a small bathroom. Ideal for a family getaway.

Over the last 6 years, we have put an enormous amount of monies into design, amenities and so forth. First floor designed by famed Steven G and second floor designed by Rita at Ferguson Bath. For example, all four bedrooms have luxury smart toilets featuring heated seats, automatic lids and integrated bidet functions. All four bathrooms have been redone making it ultra modern with lighting embedded around the mirrors and brand new vanities, showers and bathtub. Two of the showers have two shower heads to enjoy with your spouse or partner. We also installed rectangular windows that open up in two of the showers. That fresh air coming in while showering is such a great feeling. All brand new as of 2026. Automatic window shades in most of the bedrooms. A brand new Mendota fireplace in the living room with a marble wall. Absolutely stunning. New Belamo outdoor furniture. So many amenities to keep you all busy throughout your stay.

By the way, the house is all of a sudden available in August due to a change of plans.

Take note, this is a house we use ourselves and thus have put all of our energy and love to make this house so very extra special. All we ask is you treat this home like your own and enjoy.

Fantastic house for a family vacation.

As soon as we entered the house we felt right at home. The owner was wonderful and the house and the property were exactly what we were looking for. We took advantage of the pool, jacuzzi , and the tennis courts. The property is very private but close enough to town and shopping. We're already talking about renting it again next summer.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home with my husband, 11 year old son and my in-laws in June. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and lounging on the comfy chaises by the pool looking out at the beautifully landscaped property. We also enjoyed the tennis court and basketball court all right on the grounds! The house is very large, we had plenty of space to spread out. Todd was a communicative and helpful host. It's a great location for restaurants in both Hampton Bays and Southampton - we had great meals at Cowfish and Calissa.

We had the best time staying at Todd's house! The house was beautiful with so many amenities including a pool, hot tub and tennis court. We stayed after Labor Day and Todd was gracious enough to keep the pool open for us which was much appreciated since the weather was warmer than usual and we used it every day. The Ryder Cup brought us out to the area so the location was perfect for those going to the event but also accessible to all the other towns and villages. The house had a beautiful kitchen and outdoor grill for those times when we wanted to stay in. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Todd was easily reachable if I had any questions or concerns. I can't say enough great things about this property and would love to visit again!

Well provisioned, beautiful property in quiet, upscale neighborhood and convenient to everything.The open floor plan was modern and attractive, and the kitchen was high end with sufficient cookware and glassware. All the furnishings were comfortable and ample. Bedrooms all had great closets with baths attached. The host was available, friendly and helpful. Never once did we have a questions that the host did not answer right away.He loved the house and it showed. Pool area was sublime, and the tennis and basketball courts ready to go. Top notched! Loved our stay and would love to stay again!

Amazing experience

Everything about Todd’s house is incredibly thought-out and well taken care of. It is clear he really cares about the property and his guests’ stay. Easy communication, amenities all top-notch and as described. On-property tennis court and hot tub were a huge plus! Highly recommend and will be trying to stay here again ASAP.

Spotless pool, very private and close to everything!

The house is beautiful, especially the open living room with high ceilings that goes out onto the deck and pool which is where we spent most of our time. Our friends played tennis. We literally only left the house just a few times to get supplies and visit friends. We had a few BBQ’s, but also cooked and enjoyed the open kitchen. And from day 1 the owner was very responsive, there was a problem that came up with one of the AC’s, he had someone there within 12 hours and it was fixed. The pool was SO clean, and had an automatic cover to put on at night so anyone with kids can relax. This was our second Hampton rental this summer and this house will definitely be one we are looking at next summer. Great rental, great owner, wonderful experience:)

Great family house

My family and I rented this house for a few days of relaxation. We didn't leave the property once while there. The tennis court, pool, and other amenities made us feel home. Our only wish is that we stayed longer. Look forward to booking again. The owner was very responsive and has staff nearby to fix anything that might come up.

It is a great getaway with all the amenities I could ask for.

My landlord made the whole experience a pleasure. The moment we walked in to the house we felt a certain calmness and immediate connection to what we heard the Hamptons was all about. Centrally located we were able to experience the entire Hamptons from one town to the next. Nothing was too far away including the water which was just a block and a half away. The house was clean and all the rooms were quite nice in size. From playing foosball, basketball, tennis and playing catch with my son on the big lawn made this stay an active one. We felt we got more than our bang for the buck and would highly recommend this house to friends let alone visit again.

Best Hamptons rental we've had!

Our family has rented this house for past 3 years and we all absolutely loved it! Had all the things we were looking for in a house - nice, large heated pool with expansive deck along with large jacuzzi with powerful jets, and excellent Weber grill. Lots of yard space for kids to play including awesome half court bball court and spectacular lighted clay tennis court for all-day playing. House has great natural light and open layout with large flat screen TV and speakers throughout for listening pleasure. We have rented in Hamptons for 15 years and this is our favorite! Owner is best we have ever dealt with, very responsive to any requests/problems and keeps property in superb condition. Can't say enough good things about this place, we are very disappointed that we can't go this summer. Great location too, several minute drive to beautiful beaches and nice area for bike rides. Also very open and sunny yard with beautiful landscaping.

I am a hands on Landlord who quickly responds to requests and tenants inquiries. This is a house I use myself and thus take great care and constantly reinvest the rental income back into the house. During the off season after the summer of 2019 I invested another well over $600,000 into the house.....including a new front gate, driveway, driveway lighting, fence completely surrounding the property to hopefully fend off the deer and the ticks they carry, new super modern stairs, new furniture on the entire first floor, new kitchen, all. new doors and hardware, new roof, evening lighting for tennis, new tennis court and repainted the basketball court, new bathroom upstairs and looking to do more. This is not your typical rental house. I'm looking for tenants who will take care of my home with the great care respectable people take care of their own home.
