This 4 BR 4 1/2 B condo sleeps 12 comfortably There is a king and 2 queens, queen bunkbed and two luxury rollawys for you to rest peacefully after a busy day of so many things to do. Amenities Galore! Several pools(some heated) splash pad, workout area, sauna, whirlpools, gaming area. Did I mention white sand beaches right outside your door? Great place to stay, amazing sun sets

This property is well appointed and is laid out very nice with plenty of space. I very much enjoyed the lanai, we sat out there a lot and I really enjoyed having my breakfast out there, watching the sun come up and listening to the waves. The sunsets are just incredible along with the views, you can see all the way to Mobile Bay if the weather is clear. This is the second year in a row for me in this unit and I will be back.

We just returned from our family vacation in Orange Beach. The Oasis 3202 was phenomenal! We had 8 adults and a baby and there was plenty of space. Every couple having their own bedroom and bathroom was great!! We knew when we walked in and everything was impeccable we had chosen the perfect place for our stay!

Fantastic views from this condo!

This condo is a penthouse with a fabulous view! It is large and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, and a wet bar with plenty of glasses and ice. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The close proximity to the gulf and heated indoor swimming pool is an added bonus.

This is how you stay at the beach!

The property was very nice and clean. Everyone was friendly. This condo is on the top floor but the elevators are quick. This condo is laid out perfect and has all the amenities. The furniture is all top notch and very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future. The sunrise and sunset views (October) are spectacular.

December 8th

Really enjoyed the condo and location during out of season stay. Condo listing said 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths with 2 queen beds in one room. It was 4-1/2 baths and no queen beds so one had to sleep on trundle bed which we hoped to avoid. Waited 10-15 minutes for person at reception to provide wristbands and pay parking fee which is excessive for 3 nights. Condo was well furnished and equipped. Notice some pictures were off the walls where hangers were placed. just wanted you to know that's how we found it. Biggest thing for us was the hot tubs and inside pool were closed for repairing hot tubs, so we were not able to use them at all. We all had planned to enjoy them in the evening after dinner but couldn't.

Hi Peggy This unit just got a queen over a queen bunk so now there is a king and 4 queens. The picture you are talking about broke last guest so we have ordered another one for that spot. We do not have any control over the Management at the desk but I'm really sorry you had to wait. I will let the general manager know. I appreciate you letting me know.
