Happy with stay!

Was very happy with everything besides driveway space, didn’t realize there wasn’t much room, road looks like driveway in pictures! That’s all. Overall great place to stay!

TV access sucked. Tried to watch football games and other stuff but TV kept asking for subscription information. Gave up. TV is worthless. May as well remove it from the facility. Other than that, place was very nice.

We're so sorry you had trouble with the TV. We could have gotten you the subscription info and/or replaced the TV for you (we have two spare TVs in our office). We say in our check-in email: "Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you need anything or have feedback you'd like to share, please let us know. We’re here to help!" Perhaps you didn't know how to reach us? We monitor emails/messages as well as our after-hours telephone number found on the refrigerator all day and into the evening. We manage 40 homes on Drummond Island and are set up to help anyone who reaches out, usually within the hour.
