The view was fabulous! Everything was in great shape. We loved the balcony. The condo was well equipped. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub was perfect. The property was well maintained and the gardens were beautiful. We appreciated the in room laundry. The walk to the beach was easy and we could walk to dinner without a problem. There are 3 beach accesspoints and you must snorkel at Smiths Reef. Great value!

La Vista Azul and this property is a hidden gem in TCi!! The resort is tucked back for privacy and quiet yet close to everything you need! This property is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Communication with JP was accurate and immediate and we felt completely safe and comfortable every day.

Excellent location, beautiful property and wonderful view. The condo had excellent facilities including two pools and a hot-tub. Jean Paul was very prompt in replying and helpful in advice.

Great view, great location

Clean unit, accurate to listing. Easy check in / check out. Location is solid for not being a major resort, easy walk to beach and 4-5 restaurants nearby. Will need a rental car if wanting to visit other areas of island, complex has gated parking. All residents of the complex were quiet and respectful

Wonderful Place!

This apartment was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The master bed was comfortable, the shower and kitchen very nice, and everything was clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas and towels. The complex is nice and safe and a great location. Owner is very communicative. Highly recommend!

Many Issues, Very Disappointed

This is our 2nd time staying at La Vista Azul but the 1st in this unit. We love this area and the close proximity to great beaches/snorkeling. We arrived late Sat night & noticed the mattress had a large "dip" in the middle. We lifted up the mattress to discover that the wooden slats that hold up the mattress were completely broken. We were not able to sleep on the bed so we pulled the mattress to the floor to sleep. I contacted the property mgr and he told us that he couldn't get anyone out to fix it until Monday. When we laid on the mattress on the floor, we discovered that there was sand in the sheets. So it became clear that the bedding was not changed, since if the bedding were changed, the person cleaning would have noticed the broken bed. There was no laundry detergent in the unit to wash the sheets that should have been cleaned before we arrived. Luckily, we found another set of sheets. The floors were hastily swept but felt dirty under foot. Also, the shower had great water pressure, but when you turned the water off and the drain cleared, it gave off a horrible sewer smell. A person arrived on Monday to fix the bed after sleeping two nights on the floor. They also came in to clean the floors and leave laundry detergent. We asked for some compensation for the 2 nights on the floor and the owner refused, only offered a discount on a future stay (which will not happen). Very disappointed. There are many other units to rent in this complex, rent a different one.

I am disappointed by this review as it is misleading, false, and retaliatory. You checked in late on Saturday night, and when you reported the bed issue, I arranged repairs first thing Monday morning, as technician services on the island are unavailable on Sundays. The unit was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and the claims of uncleanliness are unfounded. What’s concerning is that you threatened a negative review unless I refunded you, which goes against fair review practices. Despite your unwillingness to cooperate in a friendly manner, I made sure to resolve your issues promptly, regularly checking in to ensure your satisfaction. Ultimately, it became clear that the bed issue was exaggerated and caused by misuse. Many other reviews on this site, as well as on other sites, reflect the true quality of the property and service I provide. This review does not represent the experience I strive to offer for all of my guests.
