Summer stay

The property is very nice and clean. Walked to the beach several times a day because it was so close. They had a wagon and beach toys to haul our stuff to and from the beach. Nice hot tub and outdoor shower to rinse off.

House was beautifully redone and close to the ocean! The rental company was quick to communicate as we did have an issue with the door not opening with the code given but they were able to give us access to the lock box with keys. We did have this issue come up again during the stay where the code stopped working again. The kitchen has everything you’d need for a stay, I do wish there were a few more bathroom towels as there was only one person for the entire stay. We were able to do laundry which helped. The intersection is busier and people do like to blow the stop signs so that’s important to keep in mind. Overall the house was clean but we did find dirty clothes in the master bathroom in the drawers but everything seemed cleaned over all. There were marks on the walls and I made sure to let the company know just in case.

We stayed at this property for 5 days, upon arrival the house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was what stood out to us. The organization of every drawer, cupboard was refreshing. It allowed us to place and of the dishes or kitchen tools we used right back where we found them. I had one question but the rental team answered it promptly. Thank you for allowing us to have such a wonderful week.

Definitely the nicest property we have stayed at in Santa Cruz. Incredibly close to beaches. Comfy beds and linens! Will come again.
