This fifth floor unit offers a spectacular view of Siesta Beach! Completely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath with large showers. Modern well equipped kitchen. Enclosed lanai with dining table. Extra large kitchen counter. Three Flat screen TV’s.

Cable and wireless internet service included. Unit includes linen service with kitchen, bath and beach towels. Property includes an on-site rental office. Management is committed to quality and detail offering clean facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds.

No parking hassles at the Beach! Enjoy our great location directly across the street from Siesta Beach with it's miles of powder soft crystal white sand. Recently renovated, Siesta Beach provides bathrooms, concessions, tennis courts, chair rentals, and four life guard stands. Every Sunday at dusk you can dance to the drums! A local and popular tradition.

Property offers a large heated pool. Lounge chairs and towels are provided. Recently upgraded exercise room is located next to the pool. Gas Grills are available.

Walk to the Village! You will find shopping and many dining options in nearby Siesta Key Village (about a mile walk). A short car ride off the island will take you to Sarasota where you will find a wealth of entertainment options, including restaurants, theaters, art galleries, golf courses shopping malls and the Ringling Museums.

Removed from the bustle of the mainland by two bridges over magnificent Sarasota Bay is Longboat Key and Lido Key. Here you can visit the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium. Set amidst a tropical paradise, St. Armand's is an enchanting circle of fine shops and gourmet restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous condo!

This condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed and was perfect compared to a different unit we had last year at Crescent royale. We had 22 of there this year and everyone fell in love and we're coming back next year and definitely getting this same condo...So clean, decor was beautiful and I can go on and on....

Great condo! Great location!

The property is in the perfect location. Easy to access the beach and short ride to the village. The condo was perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable as was furniture. When reviewing the pictures the lanai had a nice round dining table with seating for 4 but during our stay it had an outdoor patio set and 2 Adirondack chairs that cramped the area. The storage shed was adequate with chairs, cooler and umbrellas. A beach cart would be helpful to take chairs, umbrellas, cooler since it is a good walk to get on the beach. I have stayed at several other properties both domestic and International and was disappointed with the lack of Kleenex, TP, paper towel, coffee filters, foil, baggies, spices and laundry detergent. Essential kitchen items should be provided for the people renting weekly. If we were renting for long term stay I would not expect that those items to be provided but for the week it should. I would definitely stay at the property again, but would ask the management team to look at the cleanliness of the units as there was sand on the kitchen island when we arrived and dust behind both bedroom doors. Another thing that would be appreciated is if renters could have an earlier check in time than 4 PM.

Sunrise and sunset

After hours check in was so easy after we had flight delays! Stunning views, and so well set up and beautifully decorated. Beds comfy and bathrooms were large. Kitchen had everything and pool was amazing. Shuttles took us everywhere on the Key. We love Cresant Royal

Relaxing beach week with wonderful view.

Perfect location for easy beach walks daily we enjoyed. We enjoyed pool daily morning and night. Place has everything you would need for vacation. Look forward to returning to Siesta Key. We love it! Beautiful condo!!

Family friendly at Siesta Key

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Nice upgrades, excellent view and literally has everything you might need. We really enjoyed the Sunday night drum circle at the public beach, just a short walk away, and the free trolley was not only a convenience but an attraction. Kids loved it & the joy ride down to Turtle Beach should not be missed. Plenty of rules at this property but the cleanliness & amenities call for it. 5 stars!!

We live and work in Wisconsin, but wish we could be on Siesta Key year round! We enjoy our visits though...awesome beach, relaxed surroundings, great people. It's the perfect location.

Why they chose this property

We love the gulf coast. Our condo has a fantastic view of Siesta Beach. We can be on the beach in minutes by simply crossing Beach Road. We are walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping in the Village. The property is well maintained, secure, and the pool is large and heated!

What makes this property unique

No parking hassles when going to the beach! Leave your car at the property and walk to the beach. Siesta Beach has been completely renovated in 2016 and offers new concessions, bathrooms, lockers, tennis courts, and new picnic areas. There are four lifeguard stations and lot's of soft white sand! Chairs and umbrellas are provided with unit, or you can rent at the beach.
