The Space Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 1102 is located poolside with French doors that open directly into our relaxing courtyard
Ten adults can be accommodated in this 4-bed, 4-bath unit with a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. The three downstairs bedrooms feature king beds, while the upstairs bedroom is a queen
The living/dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 1,800 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs: - Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils - Coffee maker, toaster, and blender - Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided - Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels
Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!
Guest Access Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit
Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed
Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available
Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm
Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!
Other Things to Note Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.
Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! The desk clerks were wonderful… Forrest and young girl were very helpful with any of our needs the accessibility was great for my family and we enjoyed the clean hot tub and pool. Shopping and restaurants were very close and accessible too

Amazing! This place is absolutely wonderful!! Very clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff very nice and accommodating. This beautiful place is tucked away just outside of the French Quarter so it makes most everything within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again!

This rental is located within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and sights. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Offsite parking was easy to get to and straightforward. Some maintenance around the facility was being performed during our stay, but had little impact.
We traveled for our sons 21st birthday and this was the perfect location with the necessary amenitie
Everyone at the front desk was beyond friendly and helpful. Willow was especially kind and helpful during our booking and throughout our stay. We were very satisfied with our stay and would come again.

We had 4 couples stay a long weekend at the Natchez. The place is amazing. Perfect set up and perfect location. The staff was more than helpful. I will definitely stay here again!
We were in town for a Restaurant show and had four very nice nights. The place was super clean, super quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were superb, and the air conditioning worked very well and was very quiet (very important in New Orleans.) Close to the French Quarter and some of the best restaurants in the US. Great Stay.

Overall a nice condo in the CBD area with many amenities. Its really strict on visitors(Sheriff Officers on-duty checking names)and time restrictions for pool jacuzzi and sun decks. (Covid Rules) The reason for the 4 star is some furniture in the condo needs to be replaced. Both sofas in the 4br condo unit 1102 are broken and worn down with stains. Also the counters have chipping paint and are wood instead of granite or stone. The AC in the unit makes squeaking noise from the louvers opening and closing. (Samsung model) Lastly the condo didn't have regular house hold items like pots and pans etc. There was a total of 3 towels in the entire condo with 4 bedrooms. The property has NO PARKING at all, I had use pay lot across the street at 45 dollars for overnight!! Please work out a deal for guest with those lots just a suggestion. I really enjoyed my stay but if these things were addressed the condo would've been 5 star quality. P.S. There shouldn't be a cleaning fee when your already paying 699.00 per night with taxes. My cost for 1 night stay was 963.00 once taxes and fees
A total of 8 girlfriends from all over the world met up and visited and did sightseeing based out of this condo. The kitchen/living room was perfect for stay home nights and getting caught up on each other’s lives.
The communication between the front desk and myself was always immediate. Including booking a very last minute swamp tour.
There seemed to be a hot water issue for some but they appeared to be fixing it the day we left.

Perfect place for large groups
Fab location, great set -up for large parties, friendly staff, cool outdoor space. I was with a group of 12 childhood friends and this was the perfect place for us -we had two 4-bedroom condos with access to the pool and hot-tub - we had a blast!!

Awesome place! Cool art! Slightly overpriced.
Super fancy showers were a pain in the rear. Having to hunt down fresh towels from front desk isn't great. Overall we loved the place. Complimentary coffee is delicious.

Natchez Unit 1102
Our stay was acceptable to most of our guests, but there is definitely room for improvement. Just a few suggestions. #1 Put a dresser in each bedroom. The way it is now is that we basically had to live out of our suitcases or lay clothes on the floor as the closets are quite limited and some things you just can't hang up. #2 The HVAC system is way to complicated (even for your people) and didn't work half the time. #3 Make sure on check in, that the house phone is identified and charged. We needed assistance the first night and the phone didn't work and you didn't answer your general number when called from a cell phone. Glad it wasn't an emergency. #4 Control and manage the use of the spa, adhering to your own rules. We stayed in your ground floor unit next to the spa, and other guests partied loudly, in and around the spa, from 2:00am until after 4:00am, with absolutely no intervention from your staff. #5 Put on frameless shower doors. The way it is now, you can't prevent water from going all over the bathroom floors when showering. #6 Make some improvement to the exterior appearance of your building. #7 For the price we paid, we expected more. Not all was negative; the location was great and your staff was friendly.
