My husband and I brought our almost 2yr old and our son for our son's 4th birthday. We wanted to be in Indy the night before spending the day at the children's museum. This was the perfect sized space for a quick overnight stay. My kids slept great, which I appreciate because they do not sleep well at hotels. hotels.
This property was in a great location- close to everything but still quiet in a great, safe neighborhood. Street parking but it was easy to find. Very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
Cute little hotel style property. Very clean! Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Only issue we noticed was there is a need for a regular size garbage can, two 3 gallon bathroom garbage cans don't go far for 2 adults staying let alone if there were the max of 4 people staying. Light switches are confusing as to what goes to what.
We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and cozy, perfect for the four of us! Very close to Ruoff, walking distance to historic downtown with lots of restaurant and bar options and fun history along the way! Definitely recommend!
Property was easy to get into, clean spacious and set up very nicely. Comfortable place to hang out and watch TV, nice bedroom area and a beautiful bathroom. This was a perfect place for us to come to stay for a national softball tournament easily accessible to downtown Noblesville, just a quick five minute walk To enjoy the boutiques and restaurants
My friend and I stayed here for the R.E.O Speedwagon Concert. As 2 women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable with the property and walking in the surrounding neighborhood. The place was clean and as the host stated a 5 minute walk to downtown Noblesville. We enjoyed exploring the area and were surprised at the many activities that were available.
We were in town for a concert and stayed here. Exactly like the pictures. Very clean and organized. It is attached to the owners home which I was not aware of, but we didn’t see or hear anyone. Also, the temperature control is not in the room, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise and great place and would stay again.
We had a wonderful visit in downtown Noblesville. There were two adults, best friends taking a day away to do some shopping. The pull out couch and bed accommodated the two of us perfectly. The house was very clean and the perfect place to stay for a night. It’s a great location if you are visiting downtown, within walking distance of good food and fun shopping. We specifically enjoyed visiting the Chapter Book Lounge which is a large reason for our visit.
Only advice for future stays would be to ask to have the temperature adjusted as it got very warm while we were sleeping. There is no access in the room to adjust the temperature, we should have asked the owner but we forgot which is no fault to the owner.
We enjoyed our stay at this location while in town on business. Very good communication with the manager and the place was very nice. Ample room to move around and the neighborhood was great. Plenty of small shops and restaurants to patronize.
We only had two issues during our stay. 1) The manager did not mentioned they lived onsite and this unit was attached to their home. 2) We were unable to locate any climate controls for the A/C.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
This place was very cute & quaint. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Even though there was no kitchen, they still had a kitchenette area with a coffee machine & coffee accessories as well as a mini refrigerator.
The only disappointment was that we didn’t know it was connected to their house until the day before we arrived. We didn’t want a place like that so we were a little caught off guard. It worked out okay but was just not what we were expecting as it wasn’t listed on the site (at least not that we saw). Otherwise, we were happy with it.
