b) Metered Street Parking: We recommend guests find parking on Elm St as there is usually lots of parking available.

Based on price and location it was a great value. It was half the price of a similar hotel stay with more square footage. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was adorable and unlike most other condos in OTR, was buffered from nightlife noise. Loved it was perfectly appointed for my needs. Super close to Findlay Market, Washington Park and Vine Street shopping and eateries! Easy to get into and out of and the communication with the host was immediate and responsive! Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Cincinnati!

The lock was broken on the unit we stayed in which made us feel unsafe. The door to enter the building was also never locked. There was an outlet in the bedroom with a broken off prong still stuck in it (dangerous). They don't have any knives. You could hear every move made from the floor above. They wanted to charge 30 for early check in. No ice machine or ice trays available. Also, they only had decaf Keurig pods which was a bummer.

Hi Luke, we’re sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It’s true that the smart lock malfunctioned on the day of your check-in and we gave you physical keys to use. We have repaired the smart lock and it’s back now! As for the main entrance, you must press the LOCK button symbol on the door lock and then it locks. We mention this in your check-in instructions. We do not even have decaf coffee in the unit. We have an assortment of different types of flavored coffee k-cups; you just have to read the flavors on the cups. There’s a knife block with knives on the kitchen counter; I’m not sure how those could be overlooked. As well as the other things that you mentioned not being there. We cannot control others walking around in the space and you did not mention any of these things during your stay so that we could try to accommodate. Many of your points are just not true, unfortunately.
