This Wells Beach cozy condo is just steps to the ocean. This condo is also walking distance to a coffee shop, gift shops, playground and arcade.
This is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, as well as a full sized pull out sofa (sleeps 4 comfortably). Fully equipped kitchen including toaster, microwave and coffee maker. On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Many restaurants, shops and supermarket are conveniently located on Rte 1. Short driving distance to beautiful Ogunquit where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Marginal Way or enjoy a show at the Ogunguit Playhouse. Kennebunkport is just a few miles north with a quaint downtown and picturesque views. Other area attractions include Kittery Trading post, the Maine diner, Congdons Donuts and Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge.

Easy to find and it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach. Super cute and updated decor. Bed is very comfortable. Had just enough linen for 2 guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were very quick and helpful with any questions we had. Condo was extremely clean and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed, great storage and the bed was comfortable! Just a few steps away from shops, coffee/food/smoothies and a bunch of cute shops! Not to mention an arcade next door too! Property was very quiet even though we were close to so many fun things. And as the posting says, the beach was less than a minute walk! Would 100% stay again.

Description of condo was spot on, quiet area, communication with host excellent. Location perfect, minutes from the beach an easy walk. Condo was clean and inviting. Furnishing were comfortable and decor lovely. Local shops and restaurants conveniently just a short walk from the condo!
