Relax, savour and enjoy: these words have a special meaning related to our Tuscan house. It is situated independently and quietly on the top of a hill just 4,5 km from the renowned sandy beaches of Forte Dei Marmi far away and offers a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps, of the Tyrrhenian sea and of the romantic, near islands of the Ligurian Gulf of poets. The parking area is very large a. The house has got a swimming pool with shower and panoramic view (approx: 11 x 5 m. - open from the 25th of April until the departing of our last guest), which does not contain chlorine but salt for a better helth and PH values. It warrants healthy relaxing hours. A pool vacuum is at disposal of the guests, as well as a video surveillance system activated in all the perimeter of the house and in the inside; a wood burning oven and a veranda with BBQ, completely equipped for dinners for up to 12 persons. It also has the benefit of a table tennis. Ground floor: a large kitchen and dining room, a small living room with a divan bed; 1air conditioned double room with fireplace + 1shower/ wc. First floor: 1 large air conditioned double room with one en suite bathroom with loo, sink and shower; 1 double room + 1 three-bed-room (both with air-conditioning) + 1 shower and WC room.
Since we started to rent cleanliness has been our strength, Now we pay even more attention and we clean and disinfect very careful every surface, handle and bottom in the house.
Together with this house you can book with us your special day in Verslia, from a selection of daily itineraries and emotional activities we offer. We offer special services too such as transfers and private transports with driver.
Electricity and heating (if necessary) shall be paid cash on the spot according to consumption.
IMPORTANT: Tourist tax is due only in the period 1 June - 30 September and it shall be paid by any guest over 12 years of age for a maximum of 7 nights. The amount due shall be delivered in cash on day of arrival.

Great Villa with amazing pool; fully equipped

Holiday at Villa Paradiso

Had a lovely stay with family and friends! The house was big enough for everyone to have their privacy, but still cozy. The location is great if you want to explore Toscana and Cinque Terre, but it is also a great house and town if you just want to hang around by the pool and eat italian food:) Thank you Sonia for letting us stay in your house!

Fabulous villa

We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!

Schöne,ruhige Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Versilia,das Meer und die Berge. Schön zu grillen. Einige Sachen sollten wieder mal erneuert werden. Für einige Leute mit tiefliegenden Autos dürfte die Zufahrt etwas schwierig sein.

Die Fahrt nach oben Katastrophe

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr schön. Leider fehlt jedoch ein Sofa, was den Komfort beeinträchtigt. Es gibt keinen gemütlichen Sitzplatz in der Wohnung. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr gefährlich und wir hatten sogar eine Reifenpanne, was dazu führte, dass wir zwei Tage zu Hause bleiben mussten. Es war herausfordernd, hoch und runter zu fahren. Die Vermieterin war jedoch sehr nett.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit toller Aussicht zum Meer und auf die Berge

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage im Oktober verleben dürfen. Der Pool war noch nutzbar und das Meer noch angenehm warm. Leider ist die Zufahrt sehr eng und steil und daher gewöhnungbedürftig. Bei Gegenverkehr muss ein Fahrzeug zurückfahren bzw. warten.

Das Haus war sehr schön. Sonja ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das einzige was etwas mühsam war, waren die vielen Mücken. Aber das ist nun mal Natur.

Toskana Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der super schönen Unterkunft. Für uns Erwachsene als auch für die Kinder war es einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Blick aufs Meer, die Berge, man konnte sich gar nicht genug satt sehen. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kids und auf der riesigen Veranda verbringt man abends auch gerne ein bisschen mehr Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief problemlos einfach und bei Fragen, Tipps, etc. hat sie uns gerne jederzeit geholfen. Alles in allem: So stellt man sich Urlaub vor.

Rustikales Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht

Die Vermieterin Sonia ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und spricht hervorragend deutsch. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Bucht von Versilia und hat eine sehr schöne großzügige Poollandschaft und eine große überdachte Terrasse. Das Haus inklusive der Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind angemessen groß und sauber. Die Anfahrt kann mit großen Autos aufgrund schmaler Straßen etwas beschwerlich werden, ist aber machbar. Leider fehlt in dem typisch toskanischen Haus ein größerer Aufenthaltsraum mit Sofas für mehrere Personen und die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt haben wir als Familie eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht.

Toscana pur im April

Unser Familientreffen war, dank der guten Raumaufteilung, sehr entspannt. Das Haus ist für so viele Menschen gut ausgestatte. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist vorbildlich. Im Sommer, wenn das Leben mehr draußen stattfindet, läd dieser Ort zum Dauerverweilen ein. Da wir noch recht frische Temperaturen hatte, war es für uns eine tolle Abwechslung die Städte und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Antikmarkt in Lucca ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus nie vergessen. Wir haben oft mit Heizpilz abends noch lange draußen gesessen und die atemberaubende Aussicht genossen. J. L.

Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November dort. Das Wetter, das Haus, die Aussicht alles war super toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das Haus ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es war alles sauber und Sonia war sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert.

👍😀Sehr sauberes Haus mit sehr schöner Veranda. Die Einrichtung war zweckmässig, es war alles da, was man braucht. Grosser Pool und super Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen. Grosser Parkplatz (wir hatten 3 Autos). 👎😏 Zufahrt schmal, zum Teil steil. Da es sehr heiss war, gab es im Pool Algenbildung. Wurde aber sehr schnell behoben! Danke Sonia!😀

Eine Woche Pfingsturlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben hier als Familie (6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) einen schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Sonia herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns auf abenteuerlichen Wegen zu unserem Domiziel geführt. Die Wege hier sind kurvenreich und recht schmal. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und wir konnten sie bei Problemen immer telefonisch kontaktieren, worauf sie sofort geantwortet hat. Die Villa hat 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. 3 Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten (das war das kleinste Zimmer). Im EG war eine große Wohnküche mit allen notwendigen Dingen wie Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser.... und ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Eine rießige Terrasse mit einem spitzenmäßigen Ausblick aufs Meer und zum Pool. Zum Meer waren es ca. 8 km. Dort gab es tolle Badeanstalten. Wir waren im "Internazionale" Für eine Liege, einen Stuhl, Hängeliege und einen Sonnenschirm bezahlten wir 30,-- Euro. Man konnte dort auch das Auto parken. Der Strandabschnitt war privat und picobello. Es gab Duschen und Toiletten und ein Kiosk . Die Preise waren ganz ok. Wir haben in Pietrasanta in der Villa Paradiso eine tollen Urlaub verbracht. Villa entre mer et montagne

Très belle maison au milieu de la campagne verdoyante avec vue mer et couché de soleil, y compris depuis la grande piscine ! La mer à 15 minutes et le calme de la campagne. Très bien équipée et parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. L'hôte Sonia est très disponible et réactive. Je recommande.

Urlaubsdomizil zum Wohlfühlen mit Meer- und Bergblick

Wir waren Ende September mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern (0-2 Jahre) in diesem tollen Haus im Norden der Toskana. Die Lage in den Apuanischen Alpen und in 15 min-Entfernung zum Meer ermöglicht schöne Wanderungen oder Biketouren, sowie tolle Tage am Strand. Ende September war dieser zudem nicht mehr so überlaufen und das Meer noch angenehm warm. Größere Städte wie Pisa oder Lucca sind in Distanz für Halb- oder Tagesausflüge. Die Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls mit einem Tagesausflug erreichbar und wirklich sehenswert. Der große Pool und dessen wirklich toll angelegter Bereich läd aber ebenfalls zu tollen Tagen am Haus ein. Den kann man dann bei leckerster Pizza aus dem Pizzaofen und bei einem guten Glas Wein mit tollem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer ausklingen lassen. Da das Haus super eingezäunt ist und zudem der Poolbereich nochmal extra abgezäunt ist, kann man auch die Kinder bedenkenlos auf der Terrasse spielen lassen. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und wir kamen dort bestens zurecht. Die netten Gastgeber Sonia (Vermittlerin) und Alfredo (Besitzer) waren sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt für uns so schön und erholsam wie möglich zu machen und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Zudem hat Sonia sehr gute Tipps für die Region, wie zum Beispiel Restaurants. Zumindest für unsere Reisezeit können wir sagen, dass ein gutes Insektenschutzmittel gegen Stechmücken recht ratsam ist, wenn man entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen will. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und sind gut erholt wieder die Heimreise angetreten. Vielen Dank nochmal!
