*ELECTRIC CARS WELCOME! We offer a level 2 car charger in the garage for you use.

*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.

* We ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.

*Because of the hot tub and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the hot tub. Thank you.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our newly constructed home has three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a stocked, attached bath, and a walk-in closet. The two guest rooms have queen beds, and standard closets. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.

Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.

YOUR OUTOOR SPACE -
HOT TUB: 6 Person which is free for your use. Please be aware of quiet hours for our neighbors.
FIRE PIT AND DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations and snacks/drinks as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
OUTDOOR TV: See pictures for this awesome feature. Relax and unwind outdoor, have a cool beverage, and watch a bit of the match.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
VIEW: We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the back yard area and the desert bluff views from the front. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store. Walks and/or bike rides are amazing with the desert and mountain views in and around the neighborhood.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. We have a LEVEL 2 charger for your use. No adaptor is provided. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this. Please do not park in the gravel.


Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Double Bogey Jackpot is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, it is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

* Absolutely no filming

* Shoes off please - Our road systems, especially in the warmer months, emit a very damaging residue that is hard on the flooring. We want to keep our space as clean as possible for all guests. Thank you.

CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM

1) Please make sure instructions for hot tub and pool checkout are
completed. See 3 ring binder.
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective
rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
8) Please pick up your dog poo from the back yard. $150 extra cleaning fee
if left for housekeeping to deal with. Thank you!
9) Lock all doors and windows.

very helpful to housekeeping.
